在見習(xí)的一段時間內(nèi)，我感受到護(hù)士的責(zé)任，了解到一些知識，有了一些體會：

1、醫(yī)要細(xì)心，在配藥打針輸液，三查八對和無菌原則很重要，操作前，操作中，操作后，都要校對病人姓名床頭卡，藥品名稱用法濃度用量。無菌概念要強，配藥戴口罩，針頭污染換一個，無菌操作戴口罩手套。防止藥物交叉感染，醫(yī)院的很多東西都是一次性的，用一次就丟了，若在沒有用時被污染了也丟了。

2、做事講求速度技術(shù)和質(zhì)量，還有分工明確，了解自己要做什么，清楚自己的職責(zé)，特別在搶救病人。見習(xí)期間，讓我知道素質(zhì)要好點，理論知識強點，而臨床的都是從零開始，我們下了臨床都要重新學(xué)，所以我們自己要強，什么不懂的都要多問多學(xué)。

3、不管在哪里都要把關(guān)系處理好關(guān)系是很重要的，關(guān)系好別人才愿意教你。不過干我們這行，只靠嘴上功夫是不行，那就是只說不做事的，人還是要勤快點，多跑跑腿，對自己還是有好處的。
