實(shí)習(xí)期間,擔(dān)當(dāng)了倉(cāng)管的基本職責(zé),參與了出入庫(kù)管理、訂購(gòu)管理、目視化管理、5S管理、先進(jìn)先出管理和看板管理等工作活動(dòng)。對(duì)每一項(xiàng)的理解：

第一：出入庫(kù)管理，見(jiàn)單作業(yè)，憑什么可以收發(fā)，憑什么進(jìn)行收發(fā)，單據(jù)，認(rèn)真核實(shí)，細(xì)心清點(diǎn)，當(dāng)面交接，當(dāng)面簽章; 認(rèn)真按嚴(yán)密的程序辦事。

第二：訂購(gòu)管理，倉(cāng)管擔(dān)當(dāng)部份物控職能，理解安全庫(kù)存，周轉(zhuǎn)庫(kù)存，最高存量，采購(gòu)批量，嚴(yán)密跟進(jìn)每一款物品的進(jìn)銷(xiāo)存，及時(shí)提請(qǐng)欠料申購(gòu);一方面要保證能持續(xù)供應(yīng)產(chǎn)線(xiàn)，一方面保證能降低庫(kù)存，一方面要兼顧采購(gòu)周期及采購(gòu)成本，找平衡，統(tǒng)計(jì)每款物料的各月領(lǐng)用規(guī)律，理解采購(gòu)的經(jīng)濟(jì)批量與周期，綜合分析好，連續(xù)關(guān)注。

第四：5S管理，各項(xiàng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理工作的基礎(chǔ)，對(duì)倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理一樣重要，倉(cāng)庫(kù)的定點(diǎn)定位定量原則，就是要做好整頓工作，倉(cāng)庫(kù)的物品分倉(cāng)分類(lèi)分管，整理好了才能分，倉(cāng)庫(kù)的物品多，在接收搬運(yùn)儲(chǔ)存交付的各類(lèi)活動(dòng)中，都需要一個(gè)有序整潔的工作環(huán)境，只有做好整理整頓清掃工作，才能保證這些工作的效率與質(zhì)量。倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理是一件長(zhǎng)期的重復(fù)性工作，所以必須養(yǎng)成一個(gè)好習(xí)慣，天天堅(jiān)持做好，日清日潔，5S的素養(yǎng)對(duì)此有非常大的幫助。
