我來(lái)這家酒店做酒店餐飲部的員工是已經(jīng)xx年了，從剛進(jìn)來(lái)的時(shí)候一些餐桌禮儀都不太懂，盤子都端不穩(wěn)的菜鳥，到現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)是酒店餐飲部的元老級(jí)的員工了，這中間也過去了xx年了，其實(shí)一直以來(lái)，我都覺得這份工作是很穩(wěn)定的一份工作，每天的工作就是服務(wù)于來(lái)酒店餐廳吃飯用餐的客人，解決他們每天遇到的問題，讓客人能夠開開心心的用餐，是我們餐飲部的宗旨，工作的時(shí)間一般都是輪班的，我的工作一直都是這樣的，我以前沒覺得怎么樣，一直都勤勤懇懇的做著自己的工作。

可是最近我卻感覺有點(diǎn)力不從心了，很多要馬上處理的事情要用到人的時(shí)候，好像沒有其他的同事能頂上，導(dǎo)致很多事情都是我一個(gè)人解決的，久而久之，我感覺到我前所未有的累，我也認(rèn)真的想過這樣的問題，我覺得是相關(guān)的工作崗位職責(zé)沒有劃分的清楚，以至有其他的同事覺得這不是自己的工作范圍，都不愿意伸手來(lái)做事情，其實(shí)我之前也提過這個(gè)問題的，但是也只是提過了，沒有后續(xù)。

我能在這家酒店里工作到現(xiàn)在，我很感激領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的看重和支持，在這家酒店的發(fā)展當(dāng)中，我也是貢獻(xiàn)過自己的一份力量，我在自己的工作崗位上勤勉的工作，努力的做好自己的本職工作，也想著餐飲部在自己的努力下能夠發(fā)展的更好，能夠讓客人用餐的更開心，我覺得這都是我應(yīng)該做的，但是如果這樣的事情只有我一個(gè)人做的話，我會(huì)很辛苦，我現(xiàn)在就覺得我身心疲憊，還是由衷的感謝領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的信任，在這里這么些年我也學(xué)到了不少相關(guān)的知識(shí)，積累了不少的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
