值此黨的生日來臨之際，我又一次被評為優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員，此時此刻站在這里，我的心情除了激動之外還有一絲忐忑，因為自己是一名參加工作只有四年的青年黨員，工作中并沒有做出什么轟轟烈烈的業(yè)績，而在座的許多老黨員愛崗敬業(yè)，將一生獻給了教育事業(yè)，與你們相比，我所做的一切還遠遠不夠。

剛畢業(yè)的時候，由于學校的人事變動，我被臨時安排擔任高一的班主任，那時學校在此之前還很少安排剛畢業(yè)的大學生擔任班主任。說老實話，當時我猶豫過，因為自己對業(yè)務還很生疏，怕當班主任分散了精力，另外也怕班帶不好影響自己今后的工作。但一名黨員的責任不允許我向組織討價還價，只有下決心將工作做好。

在這里，我想講述兩件在我從教生涯中記憶深刻的小事。

在人生的辭典里，"愛"一詞最為廣博而深奧，但在每個人愛與被愛的生活中，它顯得又是那么單純與具體.有經(jīng)驗的老師都知道，教育學生最好的方法是愛，以前我沒有意識到這點，直到發(fā)生一件小事。99年我教高一，班里有一名學生叫單云飛，貪玩而好動。一天玩球時摔傷了手臂，我急忙將他送到五院，醫(yī)生經(jīng)過診察說是骨折了，需馬上住院接骨，住院押金至少一千元。我知道單云飛的父親常年在外地，只有母親一人帶他，給他母親打電話總是關機。當時我正住單身宿舍，身邊根本沒有那么多錢，而老師們又已經(jīng)下班了，最后我只好給家住學校對面的經(jīng)老師打電話借了錢，辦好住院手續(xù)。一切安排好之后醫(yī)生要給他接骨，而此時他的母親還是沒有聯(lián)系上，醫(yī)生便讓我按住他，看著孩子痛得嘴唇發(fā)白，豆大的汗珠往下淌，卻懂事的不肯大聲叫喊，我當時的感受真象自己的弟弟在遭受痛苦一樣，心疼得直流眼淚。單云飛反而安慰我，"老師，沒事，我不疼，你別擔心。"接好骨，打上石膏，我扶他回到病房打上點滴，已經(jīng)晚上8點多了，我又急忙到外面給他買了餃子，他傷的是右手，左手又插著針頭，我就一個一個喂他吃餃子。這時，我看到一個大男孩的眼里閃動著淚花。

事后單云飛將這件事寫成了作文，語文老師拿給我看，文章充滿了真情實感，他說我是他所遇到的最好的老師，他永遠都不會忘記這件事，會用優(yōu)異的成績來回報老師。從那以后，他學習也努力了很多，還曾經(jīng)考進過年級前一百名。我想這就是心理學上講的愛的遷移吧，我只付出了一點點卻贏得了一名學生一生的愛戴。

從這件事上我體會到了用真心去愛你的學生竟能得到如此豐厚的心靈回報，而這是只有我們教師才能擁有的精神財富。就為了學生的這份純真的愛戴之情，也為了一名教師的神圣職責，更為了一名共產(chǎn)黨員的忠誠之心，我必須傾盡全力的去努力工作。

在工作中，我時時刻刻記得自己是一名共產(chǎn)黨員，必須嚴格要求自己。在炎熱的夏季，我也想中午在宿舍里多休息一會兒，可是不行，我要按時去班級進行午檢; 在大雪紛飛的寒冬，我也想每天晚到學校一會，可是也不行，學校要求班主任七點之前必須到校;上完晚自習回家又困又累，可第二天的課還沒備完的時候，我也想，算了，明天馬馬乎乎對付一下得了，可是也不行，知識的傳授豈容半點馬虎;去年高三的時候，星期六我本來沒有課，但我不放心學生，總是早上到學?？纯丛僮摺ぁぁぁぁぁぎ斘易鏊羞@一切的時候，我知道我在用自己的行為為學生樹立榜樣，它的作用勝過千言萬語。

班級里最容易出狀況，同時也是最需要關心的莫過于那些單親或父母離異的學生。有一個女生曾經(jīng)擔任我班的班長，組織能力非常強，為人開朗熱情，我沒想到就是這樣一個學生家庭居然非常不和睦.高三剛開始的時候，她的成績下滑得非常厲害，我嚴厲的批評了她多次，后來她居然找我辭去班長職務，這時我才意識到她的反常。我一追問，這孩子抱著我大哭。她說，老師我只信任你。原來，她的父母在她上小學三年級的時候就分居了，這么些年她一直在姥姥家住.幸好姥姥很疼愛她，父親也經(jīng)常去看望她，但是母親卻一年到頭也見不到幾次。慢慢長大之后，她隱約知道了是母親外面有了人，才與父親分開，又礙于她還小就一直沒有正式離婚，所以，她心里非常恨她母親。不久前，他父母離婚了，她本來想跟父親，可母親卻爭得了她的撫養(yǎng)權，于是她只好搬到母親的新家去住。她知道母親非常希望她能考取一所好的大學，可她認為這么多年母親沒有管過自己，現(xiàn)在關心她的學業(yè)完全是為了面子。于是她就自暴自棄，用越來越糟的成績來傷害她的母親。那時她們母女彼此敵視，彼此傷害。

聽了這孩子的哭訴，我心里很震動也很內(nèi)疚，內(nèi)疚自己的工作太不細致。從那以后，我就經(jīng)常找她談心，開導她，同時利用午休時間在辦公室給她補課。因為這是學生的隱私我不便對同事講，所以那段時間雖然同事不說，我知道一定有人認為我在利用上班時間補課賺錢，可我不在乎，我為此從沒有收過一分報酬，自己問心無愧。漸漸地我發(fā)現(xiàn)那孩子對她媽媽的恨意積累了十幾年，不是幾句話就能排解的，況且我那時比學生大不了幾歲，也是第一次碰到這種棘手的家庭問題，談過幾次之后沒什么效果。那時我想過，我只是這名學生的老師，該做的我已經(jīng)盡力了，其他的事屬于學生家庭問題，已經(jīng)超出了我的工作范圍。但是我也知道如果這名學生的家庭問題不解決，她的學業(yè)也許就會從此荒廢掉，一生可能就會毀了。于是我沒有放棄努力，利用休息時間約她母親長談了一次，從中了解了許多不便于對兒女講的苦衷。后來，我試著告訴那女孩，成年人的世界并不那么單純，父母感情不和勉強在一起會很痛苦，母親有自己的苦衷不能對她講，長大之后她會明白。甚至我在愛人出差的時候以陪我為名把她找到我家里邊學習邊開導她，可這孩子個性很強，她最后跟我說："老師，我答應你一定努力學習，不然對不起你，可我不會原諒她?quot;我知道她母親是鐵路醫(yī)院的一名護士長，十多年來一直在急診室，工作又忙又累，所以多年來疏于照顧她，也正因為這樣，她媽媽才希望補償她。后來，我與她媽媽暗中商量好，以陪我看病為由，帶她去了一趟鐵路醫(yī)院，讓她親眼目睹了媽媽辛苦的工作，從那以后她們母女的關系才有了轉機。
