        doctor is an other kind of artist who does human art by fighting with diseases and making people feel good. i think it is a pleasure to try my best to bring happiness to others. it is a feeling of pride and i am fond of it. in modern life, a mass of people work day and night to seek wealth and as a result they ignore their health. it is known that strong body is a foundation of beatific life. i dreamed to be an excellent doctor who can help them have a right to enjoy life again. curing people is a doctor's holy responsibility.

        Class 7. WFLS. Am I too late to say it’s just like a dream come true?

        Quite frankly, military training is tiring. I’ve been told a million times about how exhausted I would be as soon as I finished this grueling training, and I don’t have any objection about that. However, now, I’ve got an Yes and No! I mean, physically,Yes, I have sun-tanned skin right now and for the first time I loathe being under the sun. Not to mention my sore legs and back. But this is just the heads of the coin. Tails, which means mentally, No! My inability to find proper words to express my feelings seems more and more overwhelming. Incredible? Unbelievable? Marvellous? Extremely impeccable maybe? These words are pale in comparison to the big picture of my future life. It’s like unwittingly, you fall in love with a new group of people, you feel for everything, you fall for everything.

        I don’t know if I am being sensitive here. I remember us sprint out the door to assemble because we are running late. I remember us complaining about the miserable food when it’s time for lunch. I remember us sitting weirdly comfortable in a cool dark place when other classes were sweating. I remember us sharing jaw-dropping details about our lives and feel connected to others. I remember all those moments of rapture and ecstasy, all those senses of déjà vu, all those smiles of genuine happiness.

        It’s like suddenly, I am no longer a prosaic girl living a plain life. It’s been a long time since the last time I didn’t regard myself as a catastrophe. As a lonely highway.The strong hope for the future made me the girl on fire. As I spoke with some friends of my pastimes and passions, words of such silky texture poured out from my soul with unparalleled candor and cadence. The voice that issued from my lips was at once richer, deeper, stronger than I had ever produced. It was as though an inner self, a core essence, had broken free and taken control. I broke out of my niche!

        Anyway, I shouldn’t be too excited because it’s just five days. Even though I have already found some friends with extraordinarily similar interests as I do. Even though this is breaking news for me because I enjoyed be in this together finally. Even though the words of encouragements faded, I still recall them from time to time to taste it all over again. I swear I’m not severed from reality. Momentarily, it’s just impossible to describe all the details that happened during 5 days. I just need to speak all these things about how delighted I am to be in this class and try to be in tranquility…

        I am a relatively total stranger to my new school. But it’s such a sensory bombardment for me even to think about it. I wanna be a part of something I don’t know.         下午好!

        我是咱們班的英語伊老師,非常感謝大家對(duì)我工作的支持和幫助,今天我想就以下幾點(diǎn)和大家說一說我的想法和做法。

        一、學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容和進(jìn)度

        1、新起點(diǎn)英語:截止到本周,學(xué)完了六單元的第二課。

        2、自然拼讀:本學(xué)期給孩子們介紹了攀登英語的26個(gè)字母故事,開始拼讀CVC單詞。(CVC單詞舉例:bag hit bed dogbus)。截止到本周,學(xué)完了21個(gè)字母。

        二、學(xué)生對(duì)知識(shí)的掌握

        和上學(xué)期的要求基本一致,唯一不同的就是增加了26個(gè)字母大寫的認(rèn)讀。

        1、單詞: 學(xué)生能夠根據(jù)圖片或?qū)嵨镎f單詞。不要求認(rèn)讀單詞。

        2、句子:能夠聽懂并讀出各單元前3課出現(xiàn)的句子,能與他人進(jìn)行簡單的對(duì)話。

        3、歌曲歌謠:能夠熟練掌握幾首自己喜歡的歌曲歌謠,其他的能夠跟著音樂唱出關(guān)鍵詞和句即可。

        4、故事:能聽懂并指圖說出關(guān)鍵句子(每單元前三課出現(xiàn)的句子)。不要求每句話都會(huì)說。

        5、人物:在目錄前面,要求能熟練叫出他們的名字。

        6、字母:能按順序認(rèn)讀26個(gè)字母,也能夠打亂順序認(rèn)讀大寫字母。

        7、自然拼讀內(nèi)容:要求掌握26個(gè)字母的發(fā)音和CVC單詞的拼讀。

        三、關(guān)于測試

        1、平時(shí)自測:每個(gè)單元都會(huì)進(jìn)行詞句的檢查。

        2、期末英語嘉年華,讓學(xué)生在活動(dòng)中快樂學(xué)英語。

        四、 我的做法:

        我所有的做法都基于一個(gè)理念,那就是:保證每一個(gè)學(xué)生都參與其中。

        1、繼續(xù)在圖畫本上畫出所學(xué)的英語,鼓勵(lì)同學(xué)們寫出單詞。

        2、輪流小組長制度。小組長的職責(zé)是負(fù)責(zé)小組內(nèi)同學(xué)的紀(jì)律,并進(jìn)行蓋章。目前每個(gè)同學(xué)都已經(jīng)擔(dān)任過兩次小組長。

        3、印章兌獎(jiǎng)制度。我這學(xué)期的獎(jiǎng)品比較特殊,除了書簽,就是各種.種子,我希望孩子們通過培育種子收獲對(duì)生命的體驗(yàn),我也希望能借此在孩子心中播下好習(xí)慣的種子。

        4、輪流課代表制度,課代表的職責(zé)是幫助老師收拾東西,發(fā)放印章等。同時(shí)會(huì)在我的“未來名人簽名簿”上寫下名字。

        5、輪流拼擺字母小火車。

        五、下一步準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)行的幾項(xiàng)活動(dòng):

        1、“我和大寫字母的故事”主題活動(dòng):

        孩子可以穿上帶有大寫字母的衣服、到大街上拍一些大寫字母的照片、用蔬菜拼寫出大寫字母、創(chuàng)作創(chuàng)意大寫字母畫、創(chuàng)編與字母有關(guān)的趣味題目等等。

        2、開展“自然拼讀大闖關(guān)”活動(dòng)。

        3、開展單詞朗讀評(píng)價(jià)活動(dòng)。

        4、開展句子朗讀評(píng)價(jià)活動(dòng)。

        5、開展“英語繪本漂流活動(dòng)”。

        我的設(shè)想:每個(gè)學(xué)生提供一本書,要提供這本書的圖片和原聲錄音以及學(xué)生自己的朗讀錄音,之后進(jìn)行每周一次的漂流活動(dòng)。拿到書的同學(xué)要在一周內(nèi)讀完,并且錄音。我希望咱們的家委會(huì)能提供一些幫助,能有家長志愿者協(xié)助我做好一些事情:

        1、建立班級(jí)閱讀漂流群。

        2、協(xié)助大家進(jìn)行圖書的篩選(圖書希望是一些解碼書,除了高頻詞匯以外,都是學(xué)生通過自然拼讀知識(shí)能夠拼讀的單詞。),保證大家所選擇的圖書不重復(fù)。

        3、后期對(duì)孩子們的閱讀活動(dòng)進(jìn)行監(jiān)督,收集孩子們的閱讀錄音。(我希望每本書都建立一個(gè)文件夾:包括圖書的照片,圖書的原聲錄音或者視頻(如果有的就提供)、圖書提供者的錄音,其他同學(xué)的錄音(錄音文件命名:學(xué)號(hào)+名字+幾號(hào)圖書錄音)

        當(dāng)然還會(huì)有一些細(xì)節(jié)的問題需要制定出處理辦法:例如如果有孩子將圖書損壞或者丟失怎么辦;如果交換圖書的當(dāng)天孩子沒有帶來圖書怎么辦?

        另外也可以有其他的方案:以一個(gè)學(xué)期20周計(jì)算,每個(gè)孩子可以讀到20本書,所以每個(gè)班級(jí)也可以準(zhǔn)備兩套相同的書,以20個(gè)孩子為一組進(jìn)行漂流。

        還有最簡單的方案,就是我每周在咱們的閱讀漂流群中,公布一本書的電子版,每個(gè)孩子發(fā)送朗讀錄音。

        當(dāng)然,目前這個(gè)活動(dòng)還只是我頭腦中的一個(gè)想法,真正實(shí)行起來,是個(gè)龐大的工程,僅靠我的一己之力是完不成的,所以希望得到大家的支持,家委會(huì)的負(fù)責(zé)人也可以幫我在家長群里做個(gè)調(diào)查,看有多少家長愿意參與,看看咱們班準(zhǔn)備采取什么樣的方式,看能不能有熱心的喜歡閱讀的家長志愿者協(xié)助我把這件事情做起來。

        最后,希望在接下來的一個(gè)月,我們通過各種評(píng)價(jià)闖關(guān)活動(dòng),讓孩子們把基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)掌握得非常扎實(shí)!

        也希望通過前期的準(zhǔn)備工作,下學(xué)期我們把“英語繪本漂流活動(dòng)”開展起來,讓孩子們在一個(gè)學(xué)期的時(shí)間里至少閱讀20本書,真正開啟美妙的英語閱讀之旅。
