人們常說是養(yǎng)兵千日用兵一時，現(xiàn)在給了我發(fā)揮才能的絕佳機會，我愿意嘗試一下。雖然說班長這個職位不算官，可是作為兵頭將尾的作用是非常重要的。任何政策落實到基層都要靠班組長帶領(lǐng)大家去完成，所以競聘成功的話我打算從以下幾方面去做：

第一、努力提高自身的綜合業(yè)務(wù)水平。

作為班長必須時刻努力提高自身的綜合業(yè)務(wù)水平，以身作則、身先士卒，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行有關(guān)規(guī)章制度，用自己的實際行動去感染、影響班組成員，激發(fā)班組成員學(xué)習(xí)業(yè)務(wù)技能的積極性。

第二、加強日常管理，努力當(dāng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的參謀助手

在日常工作中當(dāng)好現(xiàn)任班長的助手，協(xié)助班長搞好工作安排，人員調(diào)配，績效考核，早晚班會等各項工作的開展，多了解員工的思想狀況，及時和班長溝通，做好班長的參謀助手。

畢竟我沒有從事過營業(yè)廳的管理工作，談不上什么經(jīng)驗，但是我勇于迎接新挑戰(zhàn)。我若能受聘，我一定不甘落后，積極進(jìn)取，努力學(xué)習(xí)新知識，不斷提高完善自己，積極發(fā)揮聰明才智，盡自己最大的能力為客服中心的發(fā)展做出自己的貢獻(xiàn)。
