        主要特點(diǎn)

        第一、針對(duì)性。演講是一種社會(huì)活動(dòng),是用于公眾場(chǎng)合的宣傳形式。它為了以思想、感情、事例和理論來(lái)曉喻聽(tīng)眾,打動(dòng)聽(tīng)眾,“征服”群眾,必須要有現(xiàn)實(shí)的針對(duì)性。所謂針對(duì)性,首先是作者提出的問(wèn)題是聽(tīng)眾所關(guān)心的問(wèn)題,評(píng)論和論辨要有雄辯的邏輯力量,要能為聽(tīng)眾所接受并心悅誠(chéng)服,這樣,才能起到應(yīng)有的社會(huì)效果;其次是要懂得聽(tīng)眾有不同的對(duì)象 和不同的層次,而“公眾場(chǎng)合”也有不同的類型,如黨團(tuán)集會(huì)、專業(yè)性會(huì)議、服務(wù)性俱樂(lè)部、 學(xué)校、社會(huì)團(tuán)體、宗教團(tuán)體、各類競(jìng)賽場(chǎng)合,寫作時(shí)要根據(jù)不同場(chǎng)合和不同對(duì)象,為聽(tīng)眾設(shè)計(jì)不同的演講內(nèi)容。

        第二、可講性。演講的本質(zhì)在于“講”,而不在于“演”,它以“講”為主、以“演”為輔。由于演講要訴諸口頭,擬稿時(shí)必須以易說(shuō)能講為前提。如果說(shuō),有些文章和作品主要通過(guò)閱讀欣賞,領(lǐng)略其中意義和情味,那么,演講稿的要求則是“上口入耳”。一篇好的演講稿對(duì)演講者來(lái)說(shuō)要可講;對(duì)聽(tīng)講者來(lái)說(shuō)應(yīng)好聽(tīng)。因此,演講稿寫成之后,作者最好能通過(guò)試講或默念加以檢查,凡是講不順口或聽(tīng)不清楚之處(如句子過(guò)長(zhǎng)),均應(yīng)修改與調(diào)整。

        第三、鼓動(dòng)性。演講是一門藝術(shù)。好的演講自有一種激發(fā)聽(tīng)眾情緒、贏得好感的鼓動(dòng)性。要做到這一點(diǎn),首先要依靠演講稿思想內(nèi)容的豐富、深刻,見(jiàn)解精辟,有獨(dú)到之處,發(fā)人深思,語(yǔ)言表達(dá)要形象、生動(dòng),富有感染力。如果演講稿寫得平淡無(wú)味,毫無(wú)新意,即使在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)“演”得再賣力,效果也不會(huì)好,甚至相反。

        第四、整體性演講稿并不能獨(dú)立地完成演講任務(wù),它只是演講的一個(gè)文字依據(jù),是整個(gè)演講活動(dòng)的一個(gè)組成部分。演講主體、聽(tīng)眾對(duì)象、特定的時(shí)空條件,共同構(gòu)成了演講活動(dòng)的整體。撰寫演講稿時(shí),不能將它從整體中剝離出來(lái)。為此,演講稿的撰寫要注意以下幾個(gè)方面:

        首先,要根據(jù)聽(tīng)眾的文化層次、工作性質(zhì)、生存環(huán)境、品位修養(yǎng)、愛(ài)好愿望來(lái)確立選題,選擇表達(dá)方式,以便更好地溝通。

        其次,演講稿不僅要充分體現(xiàn)演講者獨(dú)到、深刻的觀點(diǎn)和見(jiàn)解,而且還要對(duì)聲調(diào)的高低、語(yǔ)速的快慢、體態(tài)語(yǔ)的運(yùn)用進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)并加以注釋,以達(dá)到最佳的傳播效果。

        另外,還要考慮演講的時(shí)間、空間、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氛圍等因素,以強(qiáng)化演講的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)效果。

        第五、口語(yǔ)性

        口語(yǔ)性是演講稿區(qū)別于其他書面表達(dá)文章和會(huì)議文書的重要方面。書面性文章無(wú)需多說(shuō),其他會(huì)議文書如大會(huì)工作報(bào)告、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)講話稿等,并不太講究口語(yǔ)性,雖然由某一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在臺(tái)上宣讀,但聽(tīng)眾手中一般也有一份印制好的講稿,一邊聽(tīng)講一邊閱讀,不會(huì)有什么聽(tīng)不明白的地方。演講稿就不同了,它有較多的即興發(fā)揮,不可能事先印好講稿發(fā)給聽(tīng)眾。為此,演講稿必須講究“上口”和“入耳”。所謂上口,就是講起來(lái)通達(dá)流利。所謂入耳,就是聽(tīng)起來(lái)非常順暢,沒(méi)有什么語(yǔ)言障礙,不會(huì)發(fā)生曲解。具體要做到:

        把長(zhǎng)句改成適聽(tīng)的短句;

        把倒裝句改為常規(guī)句;

        把聽(tīng)不明白的文言詞語(yǔ)、成語(yǔ)加以改換或刪去;

        把單音節(jié)詞換成雙音節(jié)詞;

        把生僻的詞換成常用的詞;

        把容易誤聽(tīng)的詞換成不易誤聽(tīng)的詞。

        這樣,才能保證講起來(lái)朗朗上口,聽(tīng)起來(lái)清楚明白。

        第六、臨場(chǎng)性

        演講活動(dòng)是演講者與聽(tīng)眾面對(duì)面的一種交流和溝通。聽(tīng)眾會(huì)對(duì)演講內(nèi)容及時(shí)作出反應(yīng):或表示贊同,或表示反對(duì),或饒有興趣,或無(wú)動(dòng)于衷。演講者對(duì)聽(tīng)眾的各種反映不能置之不顧,因此,寫演講稿時(shí),要充分考慮它的臨場(chǎng)性,在保證內(nèi)容完整的前提下,要注意留有伸縮的余地。要充分考慮到演講時(shí)可能出現(xiàn)的種種問(wèn)題,以及應(yīng)付各種情況的對(duì)策??傊?,演講稿要具有彈性,要體現(xiàn)出必要的控場(chǎng)技巧。
