領(lǐng)航能力最重要的一點(diǎn)就是要有長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的目光，亦須事事以大局為重，以集體的利益為重，整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)才能茁壯成長(zhǎng)。

其次，協(xié)調(diào)能力極其重要，只有充分調(diào)動(dòng)了各部門(mén)的積極性，充分發(fā)揮各部門(mén)的`作用，密切配合，統(tǒng)籌兼顧，才能把工作做好。

第三，作為總舵手，高度的和吃苦耐勞的精神將是整個(gè)組織前進(jìn)的基礎(chǔ)和力量的源泉。

如果我當(dāng)選分團(tuán)委副書(shū)記，我將著重做好以下幾點(diǎn)：

一、提高內(nèi)部成員的社會(huì)團(tuán)體意識(shí)。

一個(gè)組織的強(qiáng)大與其內(nèi)部成員的良好的團(tuán)體意識(shí)是息息相關(guān)的，只有組織所有成員真正的能認(rèn)清自己是分團(tuán)委的一員，整個(gè)組織才能與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，更上一層樓。

二、加強(qiáng)干事與干部的交流。

i cannot describe my character well, but i know i am optimistic and confident. sometimes i prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but i am not lonely, i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is valleyball,playing cards or surfing on line. through college life,i learn how to balance between study and entertainment. by the way, i was a actor of our amazing drama club. i had a few glorious memories on stage .they are my pride.
