一．行文前

在寫MBA面試英文前對自己進行三輪自我拷問：

1．準備好紙和筆，第一次拷問自己：

我有哪些優(yōu)點和優(yōu)勢？

我有哪些背景和經歷？

可以發(fā)動朋友同事家人一起來想，所有可能想到的，一一寫在紙上。

2．總結完畢，再度拷問自己：

在這些優(yōu)點和優(yōu)勢中，我最大的優(yōu)勢是什么？

在這些背景和經歷中，我最與眾不同的地方是什么？

3．結合上述兩輪的答案，第三次拷問自己：

我對（目標院校）北大光華管理學院有什么利用價值？

把這個問題的答案想明白后再開始行文。

二．行文中

行文中始終牢牢記住一個原則：時刻考慮面試官的需要。--------我為什么要錄取你，而不是其他的人??？

自我介紹行文中，只有一條主線：我有一個理想，我缺乏一個平臺。我用過去的經歷和能力證明我有資格擠身于光華這個平臺，實現自己的理想。這條主線一定是非常清晰和可行的，中間缺的只是“給我一個平臺”這個環(huán)節(jié)。自我介紹的唯一任務就是要告訴面試官：你今天為什么一定要接收我！我們不是張君，你不接收我，老子一槍崩了你。我們要做的是打動面試官。達到一個“你不接收我，你會后悔，會是你（北大）的遺憾，你看著辦吧”的`效果。

寫自我介紹的過程中，權衡行文主線中的兩個方面：目標院校（北大）要錄取我，是我需要得到來目標院校（北大）來深造？還是我也值得他們（北大）選擇我？

行文中幾個關鍵點：

1． 自信是整個自我介紹的基調。-----自己如果對自己沒信心，很難想象如何讓別人對自己有信心。但自信不是狂妄。把握好度！

2．一定要用英文思維，第一次就用英文寫作！-----人有一種天生的惰性和犯賤。要讀MBA一定能夠認識到這一點。關鍵是怎么克服。很多學員希望別人為自己寫好介紹，自己背背就行，這樣惰性不可能不在面試過程表現出來。所有人也都知道惰性的流露無疑會讓自己走向面試的死胡同，但是還是要讓惰性控制自己。這就是犯賤。
