技巧一：注意英語時態(tài)的變化運用

應(yīng)聘者在參加英語面試前大都作過充分的語言知識的準備與練習。那么在眾多的英語語法規(guī)則中為什么要單獨強調(diào)時態(tài)的運用呢?其一是因為由于和漢語的表達習慣不同(漢語中動詞沒有時態(tài)變化)，這是一個口語中極其常見的錯誤。但同時來說，時態(tài)又是比較基本的語法點，一旦用錯，會讓面試官對面試者的英語能力產(chǎn)生質(zhì)疑。其二是因為在面試過程中，往往會涉及到很多關(guān)于個人經(jīng)歷，教育背景，工作經(jīng)驗，職業(yè)規(guī)劃等方面的問題，因此在表述某件事情或是某個想法的時候，一定要注意配合正確的時態(tài)，否則就會造成差之毫厘，失之千里的后果。例如：你已經(jīng)參加過某項專業(yè)技能培訓與你正在參加或計劃參加就是完全不同的。

技巧二：尊重個人及文化差異

在英語面試中，面試官很有可能來自不同的國家與地區(qū)，有一定的個人傾向。因此作為面試者，在不了解情況的狀態(tài)下，如果談到此類話題，謹慎而有節(jié)制的發(fā)言才是上上策。

技巧三：以英語為載體，展示工作才能。
