一．行文前

在寫MBA面試英文前對自己進(jìn)行三輪自我拷問：

1．準(zhǔn)備好紙和筆，第一次拷問自己：

我有哪些優(yōu)點和優(yōu)勢？

我有哪些背景和經(jīng)歷？

可以發(fā)動朋友同事家人一起來想，所有可能想到的，一一寫在紙上。

2．總結(jié)完畢，再度拷問自己：

在這些優(yōu)點和優(yōu)勢中，我最大的優(yōu)勢是什么？

在這些背景和經(jīng)歷中，我最與眾不同的地方是什么？

3．結(jié)合上述兩輪的答案，第三次拷問自己：

我對（目標(biāo)院校）北大光華管理學(xué)院有什么利用價值？

把這個問題的答案想明白后再開始行文。

二．行文中

行文中始終牢牢記住一個原則：時刻考慮面試官的需要。--------我為什么要錄取你，而不是其他的人??？

自我介紹行文中，只有一條主線：我有一個理想，我缺乏一個平臺。我用過去的經(jīng)歷和能力證明我有資格擠身于光華這個平臺，實現(xiàn)自己的理想。這條主線一定是非常清晰和可行的，中間缺的只是“給我一個平臺”這個環(huán)節(jié)。自我介紹的唯一任務(wù)就是要告訴面試官：你今天為什么一定要接收我！我們不是張君，你不接收我，老子一槍崩了你。我們要做的是打動面試官。達(dá)到一個“你不接收我，你會后悔，會是你（北大）的遺憾，你看著辦吧”的`效果。

寫自我介紹的過程中，權(quán)衡行文主線中的兩個方面：目標(biāo)院校（北大）要錄取我，是我需要得到來目標(biāo)院校（北大）來深造？還是我也值得他們（北大）選擇我？

很多學(xué)員在面試過程中，都是急切的表達(dá)自己急需讀MBA深造。事實上，沒有哪個參加考試不是急切需要深造的。我們在陳述理由的時候，需要展示的是個性化的東西。你在陳述自己的理想與人生職業(yè)目標(biāo)時，牢記：所有的理想與目標(biāo)都只有一個指向，那就是促使你選擇 MBA。

而介紹的重點是應(yīng)該放在“我值得目標(biāo)院校（北大）選擇我”。

你的過去經(jīng)歷是否與面試官選擇你有關(guān)，什么優(yōu)秀***員，學(xué)習(xí)馬列主義先進(jìn)分子……與面試要選擇你無關(guān)的輝煌經(jīng)歷，毫不猶豫的X掉！所有的輝煌經(jīng)歷與風(fēng)光故事中，只有既能證明你有資格進(jìn)北大，也能證明你有潛質(zhì)實現(xiàn)你的職業(yè)理想的才放在自我介紹中去。一定要狠心的刪去沒必要的輝煌與風(fēng)光。而進(jìn)行你自我介紹中的經(jīng)歷與故事，都要和你的目標(biāo)-----證明你有資格進(jìn)入北大-----有清晰的邏輯關(guān)系。

行文中，要懂得如何變劣勢為優(yōu)勢，比如有的學(xué)員因為自己的中專背景可能覺得難以啟齒，但是如果能夠做換位思考，我是中專生都這個厲害，你北大給我一個機(jī)會，我還能不龍行天下？所以這樣的時刻一定要發(fā)揮自己強(qiáng)烈的自我意志，去影響面試官，讓他感受到你無窮的潛力，而不是盯住你的weak教育背景。

行文中幾個關(guān)鍵點：

1． 自信是整個自我介紹的基調(diào)。-----自己如果對自己沒信心，很難想象如何讓別人對自己有信心。但自信不是狂妄。把握好度！

2．一定要用英文思維，第一次就用英文寫作！-----人有一種天生的惰性和犯賤。要讀MBA一定能夠認(rèn)識到這一點。關(guān)鍵是怎么克服。很多學(xué)員希望別人為自己寫好介紹，自己背背就行，這樣惰性不可能不在面試過程表現(xiàn)出來。所有人也都知道惰性的流露無疑會讓自己走向面試的死胡同，但是還是要讓惰性控制自己。這就是犯賤。

3． 行文中不要浪費一個字！------現(xiàn)代社會，每個人都很忙，不要讓你的垃圾信息浪費我們的時間。再怎么漂亮恢弘的用詞，只要能刪，一定要毫不猶豫。

4． 不要試圖說一個字的不真實之言！-----在面試官面前，你就是幼兒園的小孩，你有幾斤幾兩，自己掂量一下。任何不實之言，他們都能一眼看出。

5． 不要有一絲的猶豫不絕與模棱兩可。-----這點對于一個管理者來說是個基本的素質(zhì)，不必多說。

6． 展示個性！-----這是個個性化年代。不要跟我說你讀了 6年中學(xué)4年大學(xué)，畢業(yè)3年升為科長，5年做了處長。誰都可以做到。

三．行文后：

1.至少做三次以上修改----好的文章永遠(yuǎn)都是改出來的！三次是最低底線！

2.自我介紹要反復(fù)模擬練習(xí)，并找不同背景的人提出修改意見，在陳述時，不能讓人感覺在背稿紙，而應(yīng)該是與朋友交流，語氣中肯又不失激情。

3.要給面試官一碗水，自己要準(zhǔn)備一桶水。做到胸有成竹，靈活應(yīng)變。

Morning/afternoon professor, I am Wang Jing, I was graduated from Nan Kai University as a computer/network major in year 20xx. After graduation I worked in internet operation area, I once participated in the planning and setting of “B2B electronic-business flat”; and I introduced the “e-money system” into that flat successfully in order to combine the operation” and “function” perfectly.

In year 20xx I joined in the China MBA Education Net and I was honored to attend the Sixth Chinese MBA Develop Forum which was held by Nan Kai University. I leaded my team to broadcast the whole process lively in the internet, and that was the first and most successful example in the on line propaganda area. Later because of my excellent performance I was promoted as the district operation manager and being sent to Guangzhou to build up the South Operation Center.
