現(xiàn)實(shí)vs浪漫。有的人在自我介紹中，通篇的東西都很實(shí)在，說到觀點(diǎn)的時(shí)候也愿意擺事實(shí)講道理，無疑，這會(huì)是一個(gè)比較現(xiàn)實(shí)的人；而有的人，則會(huì)采用另外一種方式，比如講一個(gè)小故事來介紹自己；或者通過一段詩詞來介紹自己，那么這些人就屬于浪漫型的人物了，他們往往情感豐富，有人情味，但有時(shí)候會(huì)沉迷于自己的世界顯得與現(xiàn)實(shí)脫軌。

事實(shí)vs空洞。在說明一件事情的時(shí)候，有的人愿意高屋建瓴，從理論高度去闡述；而有的人則愿意舉實(shí)際的例子，讓事實(shí)來說明。比如說，同樣是說自己有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，務(wù)實(shí)的人會(huì)講一個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中的例子，談自己是如何搞好同寢室關(guān)系的；而務(wù)虛的人則會(huì)從理念出發(fā)，說自己堅(jiān)持了一個(gè)什么信念，又采用了幾大策略，還奉行了幾個(gè)堅(jiān)持等等，說一些正確無比卻又毫無實(shí)際操作意義的話。

注意后一種人，這種人做一些宣傳工作尚可，但要做實(shí)際工作的話有讓你頭痛的時(shí)候。

積極vs消極。一些樂觀注意者，在做自我介紹的時(shí)候，說哪個(gè)方面都會(huì)加一個(gè)褒義到用語。比如介紹自己為人父，則會(huì)說自己是個(gè)“好”父親；說自己為人子，也會(huì)說自己是個(gè)“好”兒子，雖然他不見得真的如此，但天生會(huì)透露出一種樂觀精神。相反，另外一些人，會(huì)有意無意談及自己的不足，即使這個(gè)不足面試考官并沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)，他也會(huì)談出來。比如是，有的人會(huì)強(qiáng)調(diào)自己到經(jīng)驗(yàn)有限，外貌不佳，其實(shí)并不一定表明這些人不好，只不過說明他時(shí)常會(huì)將自己的目光聚焦到自身的缺點(diǎn)上，有的時(shí)候也不表明這些人消極，也有可能這只是一種對(duì)自己現(xiàn)狀不滿的表現(xiàn)。說自己丑的人不見得是真的丑，更多的是表明其對(duì)自己外貌的不滿意，僅此而已。

4. 智力水平

自我介紹中能看出一個(gè)人的智力高低嗎？能，至少在某些智力維度上能。心理學(xué)關(guān)于智力的研究表明，一個(gè)智力高的人的重要表現(xiàn)是邏輯能力強(qiáng)、概括能力強(qiáng)，而這兩種能力恰恰可以在一個(gè)人的自我介紹中表現(xiàn)出來。比如，邏輯能力強(qiáng)的人，則會(huì)在自我介紹中，分階段、有層次地表現(xiàn)自己。如，他會(huì)這樣介紹：“在工作方面，我……；在個(gè)性方面，我……，在業(yè)余愛好上，我……”，等等。而概括能力強(qiáng)的人則會(huì)精確選擇一些詞匯來描述自己，比如說，“可以用三個(gè)詞來形容我自己，膽大、心細(xì)、臉皮厚”，然后分別介紹自己怎么膽大，又怎么心細(xì)，又怎么臉皮厚的，當(dāng)然這不一定表明他臉皮真的厚，但這種介紹方式卻可以看出其智商的不一般。當(dāng)然，在面試情景中，有的人智商也很高，但由于緊張，或者準(zhǔn)備不充分，自我介紹的時(shí)候東一句、西一句介紹自己，既無邏輯，也無概括，確實(shí)有這種情況。所以從智力水平上這方面，我們只能說，在自我介紹中，看不出一個(gè)人是否智商低，但智商高的話，會(huì)有所表現(xiàn)。

5. 人際關(guān)系

一個(gè)人不能離開他人而存在，在自我介紹中，也會(huì)有意無意地涉及到別人。那么這個(gè)別人是以什么方式呈現(xiàn)的，在面試者言語中又是怎么表達(dá)的很可能會(huì)泄漏他的人際關(guān)系如何。例如，當(dāng)一個(gè)人談及自己所取得的各項(xiàng)成就時(shí)，如果能夠此時(shí)對(duì)幫助他的人給予感謝，就不會(huì)是一個(gè)得意忘形、不知感恩的人（不過現(xiàn)實(shí)中我看到更多的人只顧及談及自己到成就，明顯表露出自我中心的氣勢(shì)）。而一個(gè)在述說自己跳槽經(jīng)歷的人痛斥自己的先前領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，也往往暗示出他在本單位工作失敗后的表現(xiàn)。從某種意義上，可以說，“好人到眼中只有好人”，在你所談及別人的時(shí)候，在這樣一個(gè)重要的自我介紹場(chǎng)合，都不能忘記別人不好的人，他的人際關(guān)系是堪憂的。

二、看他做了什么：自我介紹中的非言語分析

從自我介紹的內(nèi)容來看，當(dāng)前的面試者往往有所準(zhǔn)備了，每個(gè)人都會(huì)不遺余力地夸自己，給面試考官的感覺好像是不收哪一個(gè)都是單位的損失。尤其是，當(dāng)前一些面試應(yīng)對(duì)策略書籍的出版，使得面試時(shí)面試者自我介紹或者回答問題有趨同到趨勢(shì)，這樣就增添了面試甄別的難度。不過，在自我介紹的言語分析之外，面試考官還可以從非言語的層面，即從自我介紹者的身體語言出發(fā)，來探究面試者真實(shí)的心靈世界。

1. 眼神

2. 笑容

面試畢竟是一種比較容易讓人窘迫的情境，說得好的不多見，說的不好的到常見。這里需要注意的是，同樣是說得不好，不同人的表現(xiàn)也表明了不同的人格特點(diǎn)。我見過這樣的面試者，在自我介紹的時(shí)候沒詞了，不知道說什么好，而規(guī)定的時(shí)間又沒有到，他便自己低著頭，注視著鞋面，很不自然地站在那里，一直等到“時(shí)間到”的鈴聲想起。我也見過這樣的面試者，同樣是由于太緊張都不知道說什么了，他卻抬起頭來，和各位考官說了實(shí)話，“實(shí)在抱歉，我太緊張，都忘記說什么了”。你看，這兩個(gè)面試者，同樣在面試中自我介紹得不好，但表現(xiàn)卻不同。這其實(shí)在某種程度上可以預(yù)示他們未來工作挫敗時(shí)的不同反應(yīng)。和面試情境一樣，在未來的工作中，如果遇到了困難，我會(huì)預(yù)測(cè)前者會(huì)獨(dú)自一個(gè)人默默支撐，即使毫無辦法，他也可能只是默默忍受；而對(duì)于后者，我會(huì)預(yù)測(cè)他在工作遇到問題的時(shí)候會(huì)積極求助，會(huì)在環(huán)境中去尋求解決問題的辦法。在面試中，說得不好時(shí)的表現(xiàn)，也是一個(gè)人未來工作困境時(shí)的表現(xiàn)。

上面雖然對(duì)于自我介紹時(shí)面試者的表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的分析，但可以肯定的是，值得分析的內(nèi)容絕對(duì)不僅僅如此。比如，西北航空面試空中小姐的時(shí)候，也需要每個(gè)面試者進(jìn)行幾分鐘的自我介紹，其他的面試者也在當(dāng)場(chǎng)。你知道面試考官在測(cè)試什么嗎？他所測(cè)試的不是當(dāng)時(shí)的自我介紹者，而是在觀察當(dāng)有人在上面自我介紹的時(shí)候，下面的那些做聽眾的候選面試者們?cè)谧鍪裁?，她們能否專著、認(rèn)真而禮貌地聽別人在自我介紹，這是一種尊重別人的表現(xiàn)，而對(duì)別人的尊重，恰恰是做空姐的必要的個(gè)人素質(zhì)。
