與金桐公司簽合同已經(jīng)有三個月了，在過去的工作三個月里，有成功、有失敗、有歡樂、也有苦惱，在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)懷與指導(dǎo)下，在各位同事的鼎力支持幫助下，我的工作能力有了很大的提高，現(xiàn)將三個月來的工作做一個自我評定。

(1)努力學(xué)習(xí)，不斷提高操作能力。在工作中，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)操作知識，不斷積累經(jīng)驗，積極參加學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)，不斷充實自己;
