首先，我來說說這次的期中考試。從成績來看，學(xué)生這次考試整體有了很大的進(jìn)步，這與學(xué)生本身的努力學(xué)習(xí)、家長還有我們老師的督促教導(dǎo)是息息相關(guān)的。當(dāng)然，成績只是個(gè)數(shù)字，對于孩子今后的更好發(fā)展，我們還需要一些策略和方法。在這里呢，我有些方法，供家長參考：
一、對孩子多一些表揚(yáng)和鼓勵(lì)
有人說：“好孩子是夸出來的”。我非常贊同這個(gè)觀點(diǎn)。只要孩子有點(diǎn)滴進(jìn)步，都要及時(shí)表揚(yáng)，讓她有成就感，促使他再接再厲，退步時(shí)也盡量不要當(dāng)面數(shù)落她。也不要拿自己孩子和別人孩子做對比。
二、培養(yǎng)孩子自覺性，養(yǎng)成好習(xí)慣
教育家孫云曉說過：“習(xí)慣決定孩子命運(yùn)?！笨梢姾昧?xí)慣對孩子來說多么重要。小學(xué)階段是孩子自覺性、好習(xí)慣形成的階段。家長要讓孩子明白什么事對的，什么事錯(cuò)的。什么時(shí)間該做作業(yè)，什么時(shí)間該玩。為使孩子養(yǎng)成專心致志的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，父母必須認(rèn)真地看待孩子學(xué)習(xí)這件事。小學(xué)生放學(xué)比較早，放了學(xué)可以讓孩子在外面玩一會(huì)兒，然后回家開始學(xué)習(xí)，最好不要拖到晚上。每天到了這個(gè)時(shí)間，全家人都要安靜下來，不要大聲談話、聊天或者閑扯，看電視時(shí)把聲音關(guān)得小一點(diǎn)，給孩子創(chuàng)造一個(gè)安靜的環(huán)境。在這段時(shí)間里也不做令孩子分心的事，如修理電器、農(nóng)機(jī)具，打撲克、下象棋、搓麻將等等，免得激起孩子的好奇心，分散他的注意力。也不要一會(huì)兒問孩子學(xué)校的事，一會(huì)兒批評孩子書包弄得太臟、文具放得不整齊，一會(huì)給孩子倒杯水等等，最好是坐下來做些沒有聲響的工作。如果這時(shí)父母也能坐在孩子旁邊讀書、看報(bào)，那就更好了，這樣，除了給孩子一個(gè)良好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境，還能給孩子樹立一個(gè)愛學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣。按照上面所說的去做，孩子就會(huì)把學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)作生活中的必要程序來完成，每到學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間，就會(huì)主動(dòng)坐下來做功課，再也用不著提醒、叮囑和責(zé)罵了，他們會(huì)很自然地養(yǎng)成定時(shí)、專心的好習(xí)慣。
三、培養(yǎng)孩子的獨(dú)立性
班級里經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)學(xué)生忘帶書本、忘帶作業(yè)、忘帶橡皮、鉛筆等情況，問其怎么老是忘帶學(xué)習(xí)用品，學(xué)生的回答很是令我吃驚：爸媽沒給我放進(jìn)去。我反問道：學(xué)習(xí)是你的事還是爸媽的事。他無語。所以，平時(shí)讓學(xué)生自己檢查書包和各類學(xué)習(xí)用品，讓學(xué)生養(yǎng)成獨(dú)立的個(gè)性，而不是樣樣依賴家長。
最后，我有幾點(diǎn)建議想提出一下，目的只有一個(gè)：為了孩子今后學(xué)習(xí)上有更大的進(jìn)步。
建議一：
每天的回家作業(yè)，請家長務(wù)必督促，工作再忙，也要抽出幾分鐘來看一下孩子的回作，讓孩子也感受到家長對于自己學(xué)習(xí)的關(guān)心與重視。
建議二：
每天不管有沒有筆頭作業(yè)，督促孩子讀英語至少20分鐘至半小時(shí)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語感，這對以后中學(xué)的英語學(xué)習(xí)有著很大的作用。
建議三：
條件允許的話，帶孩子去參加些英語課外培訓(xùn)班，拓寬下孩子的視野，提升孩子學(xué)習(xí)英語的熱情。
