首先介紹一下教材，英語教材相銜接的，如果你以前的英語沒有學好，那相對來說，你現(xiàn)在學得比較累；同樣地，如果你現(xiàn)在不學好英語，那將來的英語學習也是不難想象的。

Let’s just imagine that there was an old lady. What she sees was her neighbors’ being mean again while not how kind they were when they took care of her sick body. Think about how our life would be if we stand in her shoe.

Why don’t we focus our attention on how much we’ve already got in stead？ You know it’s really simple to do as there’s a tremendous amount of examples. 各位家長：

下午好，很感謝各位家長在百忙中抽出時間來參加今天的家長會，很高興能有這樣一個機會，能和大家進行面對面的交流。我是三年級的英語任課教師，我姓周。今天我想就三年級的英語教學和這半學期在教學中存在的一些問題與各位家長共同探討，以便更好地幫助孩子學好英語，用好英語，為日后的英語學習打好扎實的基礎(chǔ)。

先說說本學期英語學習的內(nèi)容：

1、26個字母大小寫，會說會寫，并且在書寫英文字母時會正確書寫順序；在初學英語的階段掌握好26個字母的聽說讀寫，這對我們今后所要接觸的大量的詞匯的聽說讀寫很重要

2、課本后的單詞表，顏色越深表示越重要。這就要同學們回家去復習，消化這些單詞。詞匯是三年級考試的重要內(nèi)容，一定要過關(guān)。

3、課文中的對話，日常交際用語。不要求每個同學都會背，但是要求熟練，流暢的讀出來，說出來。

4、聽力訓練：試卷中聽力題的比重占三分之二。所以說每天的聽錄音跟讀任務(wù)還是不容忽視的。

5、配套的基礎(chǔ)訓練，這是我們?nèi)昙壍挠⒄Z唯一的一套課外練習，我通常帶領(lǐng)孩子在班上做完綜合訓練A部分的聽力，而筆試就讓孩子們回家去完成。綜合訓練B部分會作為考試卷測試孩子們這個單元的掌握情況。希望家長能及時詢問孩子的小測試成績以及了解孩子們這段時間的英語學習情況。

三年級英語，是小學英語學習中一個重要的起步階段。其實要學好英語，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要學生在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識，當然課上也會有少量的時間鞏固新學的知識。但是這些時間是公共的時間，而不是每個學生私有的時間，所以不可能照顧到每個學生，不可能讓所有學生都達到相同的程度。況且每個學生對新知識得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當堂就已經(jīng)有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分學生都只能是初步接觸了新知識，要真正接受新知識還要學生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會和別的同學拉下差距。所以這也造成英語成績兩極分化十分嚴重，無論是每次的聽寫小測試還是剛剛結(jié)束的期中考試，有的同學100分的成績，而有的同學只有三、四十分的成績。所以請家長一定要從現(xiàn)在起重視孩子的英語學習，不然到了五六年級補都來不及了。

可是，每個班總會有一部分不自覺的學生不能按時完成作業(yè)、不能背誦課文、不做回家作業(yè)、更不能正確的聽寫出課文的單詞，通常為了讓孩子有個適應(yīng)過程，我教得很慢，并且上英語課之前都安排班上讀音清晰，準確的同學上臺來帶領(lǐng)全班同學讀學過的課文和單詞，照理說有足夠的時間，可以課課過關(guān)了，可是出乎我意料的是有幾個同學連第一課幾個句子都不會背。每次聽寫的時候，總是有同學無法完成聽寫任務(wù)，單詞過不了關(guān)，考試竟然還有相當一部分同學出現(xiàn)不及格現(xiàn)象。了解下來才知道那些孩子在家里從來就不做英語回家作業(yè)，從來就沒有聽英語磁帶，也沒有背課文和單詞。對于三年級來說，英語成績90分也差不多是正常的范圍，畢竟題型還是相當容易的。所以那些不及格現(xiàn)象怎不讓人擔心呢？

英語是一門特殊的學科，光靠學校幾節(jié)課時間是遠遠不夠的。在學校老師會盡最大的努力進行教學，但課余時間還需要廣大家長大力配合。如：聽錄音、背誦要家長多督促；每課的單詞（課文B部分）這是基礎(chǔ)之基礎(chǔ)，得督促孩子先背誦并家長給孩子聽寫這幾個單詞，直到全部會背會寫為止。這樣課堂上聽寫的時候，正確率才能高，可有相當一部分同學聽寫本上每次的聽寫成績都是不及格，帶回家去訂正也沒有家長簽名，而老師也不知道家長是否了解孩子在學校的英語學習情況，希望家長能關(guān)注一下。為了協(xié)助孩子更好地學好英語，請家長配合老師完成以下工作：

1確保孩子每天至少邊聽錄音，邊跟讀課文15分鐘，要讀出聲音，最好家長在旁監(jiān)督，會更有效。

2每天檢查孩子的回家作業(yè)是否完成，保證第二天能按時上交。在這里我懇請每位家長認真督促孩子完成老師每天布置的作業(yè)，尤其是一開始，三年級英語剛剛接觸書面作業(yè)，一定要嚴格要求他們的英語書寫，寫得不好的家長也可以要求他們重新做，過關(guān)了才給他們簽名；檢查作業(yè)主要看他們書寫和格式以及上次老師的批改，注意檢查他們有沒有訂正，有時候，老師在學生的作業(yè)本上批了訂正，但是交上來的時候?qū)W生并沒有去訂正，并且家長也在上面簽字了。我想，老師之所以讓家長在孩子的作業(yè)本上簽字，也是希望通過這個途徑讓家長們了解孩子每天的學習情況，希望各位家長能夠支持老師的工作，如果您有什么意見也可以寫在作業(yè)本上，便于及時溝通。

3開學以來，很多學生忘記帶作業(yè)本，帶英語課本的現(xiàn)象還是經(jīng)常發(fā)生，上課沒有書，只能和同桌共看一本書，結(jié)果是一堂課下來，老師講的知識沒有學到多少，和同桌的感情卻加深了不少，我希望家長能夠每天按照課表提醒孩子收拾好書包，檢查好明天要帶的作業(yè)和課本，養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣。

總而言之，請各位家長多關(guān)注孩子們的英語學習，讓孩子養(yǎng)成良好的英語學習習慣。家長的重視會讓學生增加信心，提高學生的學習積極性。也非常感謝家長會這三年來對我工作的支持與配合，您的理解讓我很感動，孩子的進步也讓我很快樂，讓我們共同努力，為了孩子的明天更上一層樓。謝謝大家。
