When the vice president for health care quality at Beth Israel spoke about this incident, he said something very interesting.

This internal sense of rightness that we all experience so often is not a reliable guide to what is actually going on in the external world.

And when we act like it is, and we stop entertaining the possibility that we could be wrong, well that's when we end up doing things

Think for a moment about what it means to feel right.

It means that you think that your beliefs just perfectly reflect reality.

And when you feel that way, you've got a problem to solve, which is, how are you going to explain all of those people who disagree with you?

It turns out, most of us explain those people the same way, by resorting to a series of unfortunate assumptions.

They don't have access to the same information that we do, and when we generously share that information with them, they're going to see the light and come on over to our team.

When that doesn't work, when it turns out those people have all the same facts that we do and they still disagree with us, then we move on to a second assumption,

But a couple of months later, I actually had a chance to interview Ira Glass, who's the host of the show.

一陣風(fēng)吹進(jìn)了我的房間，帶著一絲絲的月光，在那月光中夾著我的微笑，還有那一縷縷的惆悵。我隨著月光望向那幽暗的夜空……

看，那天上的“小眼睛”多么耀眼可愛啊!我喜歡在黑夜中遙望夜空，望著那動(dòng)人的星星，和他們?cè)谝黄稹Ｎ視?huì)對(duì)星星訴說我的喜怒哀樂，說心中的小秘密。雖然這樣可能很幼稚，但也是因?yàn)樗?，才讓我懂得了什么是“不放棄?/p>

記得那一次，我的數(shù)學(xué)考得很差，這對(duì)我來(lái)說就如同是一個(gè)晴天霹靂。耳邊也不是傳來(lái)一聲聲刺耳的責(zé)備，這讓我無(wú)地自容。

回到房間里，星星依舊高掛在璀璨的夜空中，眨著他那雙水靈靈的大“眼睛”。一行淚水不知不覺劃過臉頰，一絲無(wú)助在心底猶然而起。我肆無(wú)忌憚地嚎啕大哭起來(lái)。我輸了，徹底輸了，輸?shù)囊粺o(wú)所有，輸?shù)煤軕K，沒有人在意我，沒有人安慰我。

尊敬的老師、同學(xué)們：

大家好!

社會(huì)是一個(gè)變化萬(wàn)千的群體，要想跟上社會(huì)的腳步，需要進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)母淖儯员愀玫暮蜕鐣?huì)融合在一起。

改變環(huán)境不如改變自己。社會(huì)是個(gè)包羅萬(wàn)象、千奇百怪的群體。周圍的環(huán)境一旦形成就很難用自己的力量去變改。所以我們應(yīng)該去試著改變自己。一位老者曾對(duì)自己的弟子說他擁有移山的本事，只要說“山過來(lái)”，山就會(huì)自己過來(lái)，于是他當(dāng)著弟子們的面對(duì)前面的山說“山過來(lái)”，但是山卻絲毫未動(dòng)，對(duì)此老者并沒有顯得很尷尬，他說道：“既然山不會(huì)過來(lái)，那么我們就向它靠近吧?！杯h(huán)境不會(huì)因一個(gè)人而改變，所以你要努力適應(yīng)。托爾斯泰說過：“世界上有兩種人，一種是行動(dòng)者，一種是觀望著。很多人都想著要改變世界，卻從未想過改變自己?！笨梢姡淖冏约?，才能與環(huán)境更好融合。

改變別人不如改變自己。每個(gè)人都有自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn)，所以才會(huì)存在妒忌和看不慣，但是我們無(wú)法讓別人改變他的缺點(diǎn)和優(yōu)點(diǎn)，所以我們要改變自己，讓自己學(xué)會(huì)欣賞和包容。

一位老師總是抱怨班上有很多調(diào)皮的孩子上課不聽講，教導(dǎo)之后也屢教不改，很是苦惱，她經(jīng)常想盡辦法想要改變那些調(diào)皮的孩子，這時(shí)另一個(gè)老師說：“孩子們不聽課也許是老師口才不好，講課的魅力不夠大，所以孩子們對(duì)老師的課興趣不濃。好好改變一下自己吧?！庇谑抢蠋熼_始努力改變自己，改變上課的形式，很快孩子們不再調(diào)皮了。改變別人不如改變自己，地球不會(huì)因一個(gè)人而轉(zhuǎn)，當(dāng)一根手指指向別人的時(shí)候，其他四根手指都指向自己，就算錯(cuò)的不是自己，那也應(yīng)該檢討為什么別人會(huì)那么對(duì)我，從而改變自己，學(xué)會(huì)包容欣賞。

改變自己。雖然我們不能改變天氣的惡劣，但我們能改變自己的心情;雖然我們不能改變自己的生命的長(zhǎng)短，但是我們能改變自己生命的價(jià)值。有些事情無(wú)法改變事實(shí)，但是我們能改變自己。下定決心改變自己吧，我們將擁有的是改變后的變化。

第五篇：ted演講稿

每個(gè)人至少擁有一個(gè)夢(mèng)想，有一個(gè)理由去堅(jiān)強(qiáng)，心若沒有了棲息的地方，到哪里都是在流浪。水之一方，沒有了昨天，今天，明天;海之一角，沒有了前世，今生，來(lái)生;所思所議在剎那間全部盛開，又凋落…捧起時(shí)間的潮汐，埋葬以前的心愿，期待著明天會(huì)更好，至少我們會(huì)變得成熟了，感知到這個(gè)世界在微妙的變動(dòng)。時(shí)間散落在平靜的心湖中，蕩起陣陣漣漪，一圈圈的希冀，勾勒出我們的人生藍(lán)圖。

不知明天會(huì)怎樣?或許風(fēng)和日麗，或許陰雨綿綿，亦或許狂風(fēng)怒卷。但我們還是期待這它的到來(lái)，期待它給我們帶來(lái)驚喜，人生就是由無(wú)數(shù)的未知構(gòu)成。它猶如舞臺(tái)上的一出戲，不同的是，在人生的舞臺(tái)上演出是沒有彩排的。

卡耐基說過：It'syourtakingpartinginthelifeandtheactionsbutnotyouroutcomethatcounts.沒有凝固的生命，沒有亙古的荒原，只要我們滿懷期待，擁有夢(mèng)想，任何的消沉都會(huì)綻放瑰麗的神奇，在沒有色彩的地方創(chuàng)造色彩，在沒有聲音的地方創(chuàng)造聲音，在沒有奇跡的地方創(chuàng)造奇跡。

明天，真的會(huì)更好。
