我是一名普通的人民教師，現(xiàn)在清坪鎮(zhèn)民族初級中學工作，任教九年級語文，兼做班主任、年級組長工作。在教師這平凡的崗位上，任勞任怨、恪盡職守、甘于奉獻，一晃就是二十幾個春秋。

He picked one out and gave her money for it.

"Would you like me to wrap it for you?" she asked, smiling her cute smile again.

He nodded and she went to the back. She came back with the wrapped CD and gave it to him. He took it and walked out of the store.

He went home and from then on, he went to that store every day and bought a CD, and she wrapped it for him. He took the CD home and put it in his closet. He was still too shy to ask her out and he really wanted to but he couldn?ˉt. His mother found out about this and told him to just ask her. So the next day, he took all his courage and went to the store as usual. He bought a CD like he did every day and once again she went to the back of the store and came back with it wrapped. He took it and when she wasn?ˉt looking, he left his phone number on the desk and ran out...

One day the phone rang, and the mother picked it up and said, "Hello?"

It was the girl!!! The mother started to cry and said, "You don?ˉt know? He passed away yesterday..."

各位家長，大家好!

感謝大家今天的光臨。孩子入學一晃已經(jīng)一學期了，我向今天所有到來的或者沒有到來的家長表達我深深的謝意，感謝大家這一學期多來對我工作的支持，對學校工作的支持。如果沒有你們這樣的支持，孩子們不可能有這么大的進步。 今天約請大家來，和我們老師一起，主要目的就是分析前一段時間班級的一些情況,研究下一步面臨的任務(wù)，制定好措施，通過我們的共同努力，做好學生的工作，使每位學生在本學期都能取得或多或少的進步。

一、匯報上學期的情況

上學期，我們班的孩子很好得完成了從幼兒園到小學生角色的轉(zhuǎn)換，無論是知識的掌握、技能的形成、習慣的養(yǎng)成，包括思想的提升都取得了一定的進步。下面，簡單向家長匯報我們班在管理和語文學習上比較有特色的地方。

1、在班級管理中樹立“愛”的基調(diào)。

在班級管理中，我比較注重接近孩子，體貼和關(guān)心學生，和他們進行親密的思想交流，讓他們真正感受到老師對他的親近和“愛” 我總是記住一句話“和孩子們交流，不妨身體低一點，聲音小一點，距離近一點，道理淺一點”。即使班里個別好

動好斗的孩子，我也并沒有過分指責，我看到過一些文章，大意是說愛打架孩子,多半是因為“肌膚饑渴”。所以我總是細心去發(fā)現(xiàn)他們聰明、負責任的優(yōu)點，以鼓勵為主，即使批評他也不會傷他的自尊，還在平日多給他愛撫，摸摸頭、拍拍肩，拉近師生的距離。經(jīng)過一學期的努力，孩子們都比較愿意親近老師。當然，這一點也得感謝家長，是你們在支持著我的工作，在孩子面前為教師樹立威信。曾有幾個孩子對我說：老師，我很喜歡你，我爸爸媽媽也很喜歡你。家長的一言一行直接影響學校的教育成果。假如家長經(jīng)常在孩子面前議論教師、指責教師，其結(jié)果往往削弱教師的威信，容易使孩子對教師產(chǎn)生懷疑和不信任，這不利于孩子的正常的成長，即使家長對教師的工作方式有意見，也要避開孩子，單獨與教師或?qū)W校友好地交換看法，以取得一致的教育方法。

2、培養(yǎng)學生良好的行為習慣。

葉圣陶先生說過：“教育是什么，往簡單方面說，只有一句話，就是養(yǎng)成良好的習慣……”在長期班主任工作中，使我深深地懂得小學階段是人的成長的起步階段，也是人的基礎(chǔ)素質(zhì)形成的開始階段，低年級則是良好習慣養(yǎng)成的關(guān)鍵期。所以我經(jīng)常要求孩子們課間不追跑打鬧，做正當游戲;同學間說話要有禮貌;愛護學校的公共財務(wù)，花草樹木。在學習習慣方面，我把學生的學習習慣分為一般學習習慣和特殊學習習慣。

低年級學生的一般學習習慣包括：上課習慣、課前準備習慣、作業(yè)習慣、預習(讀3點要求)和復習習慣以及文具的整理習慣和使用習慣等。我根據(jù)學生的特點，首先對學生進行具體的學習行為訓練。如發(fā)言時要求學生做到三大：大膽、大方、大聲。

特殊學習習慣的培養(yǎng)。各個學科有學科的特點，因此，教學的方法，學習的方式各不相同。那么學習這些學科的習慣也就不同，就拿語文學科中的書寫習慣來說，這是低年級學生一項特殊的但又非常重要的學習習慣。我不僅指導學生如何握筆、運筆，而且教他們寫字的順序，嚴格看書、寫字的姿勢，做到“一拳”、“一尺”、“一寸”。如數(shù)學、語文假如學生做錯題了，都是要求不擦掉原來錯的，而在后面改過正確的。，這些習慣不是一朝一夕可以形成的，需要在生活中不斷鞏固，反復強調(diào)，同時也希望家長在家里能夠監(jiān)督孩子的習慣，多些時間和孩子聊天，認真詢問在學校的情況，共同培養(yǎng)孩子良好的學習習慣。

3、提高了學生的朗讀課文的能力。我認為孩子的能否對課文的朗讀感興趣，跟他能不能把課文有感情得朗讀出來有很大的關(guān)系。所以我總是要求孩子們?nèi)肭槿刖?、有滋有味地讀課文，最好再加上神態(tài)動作。一學期來，孩子們的語言感悟能力有了一定的進步。

4、擴大孩子的閱讀量。語文的學習是一種積累的過程，從來就沒有聽說語文的學習可以突擊的。所以我特別注重孩子們的課外閱讀，非常感謝大家對上學期我們班的捐書活動的支持，盡管書的數(shù)量不多，但孩子們已用到了極致。這些書開闊了知識的視野，影響了一部分不愛讀書的孩子喜愛上了讀書，同時也體會到一種付出和分享的快樂，這學期我們這項工作還要繼續(xù)，希望能繼續(xù)得到大家的支持。另外，我打算閱讀的《三字經(jīng)》的活動準備開展起來，孩子們即接觸中國經(jīng)典的文化，又能提高了記憶能力。本學期我還想請家長準備為孩子準備一個軟面抄，用來每天抄一些古今一些經(jīng)典的名句，下周一開始使用。

我們班的學生比較多，而我管理班級的原則一般是，沒有特殊的事情，假如孩子的各方面情況都在我的掌握之中，我就盡量不麻煩家長，我也幾乎不在家長面前告學生的狀。所以我作為班主任和各位家長的聯(lián)系都不是很頻繁，其他老師和家長交流的機會就更少了。但是，家長又特別希望及時了解孩子在學校的情況，所以，我反而希望家長能積極及時和老師聯(lián)系，一般每周都可以打我電話，特殊情況每天打都歡迎。大家可以把家庭中的重大事件，孩子的身體狀況，思想表現(xiàn)，心理問題要讓我了解，以便教師做到心中有數(shù)，對癥下藥。

二、對孩子的期望值不宜過高

我覺得從我們的家長角度來說，家長要定位你的期望,你要客觀地看待孩子目前的水平。作為家長主要的工作應(yīng)該是給孩子一些鼓勵和提醒。 實際上鼓勵的確能給孩子提供自信，這才是家長和老師們都應(yīng)該做好的事。

三、養(yǎng)成讀書的習慣

孩子喜歡讀書，養(yǎng)成讀書習慣，可以培養(yǎng)聽力、理解力，成為“聽話高手”，集中力和持久力也可在不知不覺中養(yǎng)成，另一方面，聽多了故事的孩子，接觸各種文章的內(nèi)容，表現(xiàn)能力及語言表達也很好。對于書中人物的言語、行動，小孩也會思考為什么這么說這么做，思考力、解讀力也同樣得到培養(yǎng)。低年級的家長可以考慮小孩的年齡、發(fā)育、興趣，選擇好的圖畫書、故事書。家長還要注意，小學1年級還是幼兒園的延長教育，所以家長說給他聽、念給他聽是有必要的，千萬不要一概拒絕：“自己看!”最好念小孩自己想看的故事書給他聽，不要強迫小孩接受大人的選擇，不喜歡讀書的小孩，多半討厭看見許多密密麻麻的小字，家長可選擇適合幼兒的圖畫書，字體要大一點的。
