在劉董《依托長嶺求生存，外拓市場謀發(fā)展》的講話中，自始至終不忘長嶺這個母體對我們的關(guān)心、支持與鼓勵，用 “感恩”這一重要美德影響著企業(yè)及企業(yè)的每一位員工。他的闡述，使我真正領(lǐng)悟到感恩是一種美德，是一種態(tài)度，是一種情懷，是一種智慧的生存之道，同時也是一種邁向成功的前提和保證。當我認認真真讀完劉董的報告后，深受感染，就像受到心靈的洗禮一樣。沒有了專業(yè)不對口的懊惱，沒有了不被領(lǐng)導重視的苦悶，也不再有因為沒有重要的事可做而產(chǎn)生的一種正在浪費生命的心態(tài)。有的只是奮斗的激情，成功的向往，還有一顆充滿感恩的心。

學會感恩，感恩之心隨身帶。既然我選擇了長煉機電作為衣食父母，我就要與她連成一體，也就要不單單是索取，更重要的是奉獻。我知道母體成長時期還很短，還面臨著很多困難，的困難是資金周轉(zhuǎn)困難和人才緊缺。因此對公司的融資我都會積極響應參與，平時除努力工作之外，學習上從不敢放松，我深知只有練就了過硬的技術(shù)本領(lǐng)，才能隨時聽從母體的召喚而不辱使命。
