初三英語(yǔ)教學(xué)除了課程緊張之外，如何更好的讓學(xué)生鞏固知識(shí)，提高學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)成了當(dāng)前重中之重。因此在實(shí)際教學(xué)中，如何在實(shí)際中把教學(xué)落到實(shí)處，我在這幾天做了些許的嘗試。

一.預(yù)習(xí)指導(dǎo)及時(shí)跟上。為了趕進(jìn)度，預(yù)習(xí)這一關(guān)顯得格外重要。如果學(xué)生不能做到充分的預(yù)習(xí)，上課時(shí)他們很難跟上課堂進(jìn)度。比如單詞，課堂上是很難拿出時(shí)間來學(xué)習(xí)然后檢查，一般把學(xué)習(xí)的環(huán)節(jié)就放到了課下。如果學(xué)生不能自覺的去預(yù)習(xí)，單詞關(guān)是過不了的。單詞是基礎(chǔ)，也是學(xué)生最為頭疼的問題之一。因此只能利用課下插空指導(dǎo)。晨讀時(shí)間，讓學(xué)生利用錄音機(jī)自學(xué)單詞的讀音及拼寫。然后教師適當(dāng)講解單詞以及拓展一些知識(shí)點(diǎn)和課文中出現(xiàn)的難點(diǎn)。再有就是預(yù)習(xí)作業(yè)的布置，在學(xué)生沒有形成習(xí)慣之前，預(yù)習(xí)作業(yè)要布置的具體并且跟上檢查。

二.檢查到位。除了預(yù)習(xí)的檢查之外，平時(shí)課后作業(yè)的檢查及補(bǔ)償要跟上，不能讓學(xué)生有完不成作業(yè)的僥幸心理。如背誦的檢查，課堂上不可能每個(gè)學(xué)生都有機(jī)會(huì)背誦一遍，因此會(huì)有學(xué)生懷有僥幸心里。利用晨讀的時(shí)候再進(jìn)行抽查，玩不成的課下相互檢查。單詞的檢查也可以利用晨讀的時(shí)間讓部分學(xué)生到教室外面抽查，不達(dá)標(biāo)的同學(xué)再次聽寫。每周進(jìn)行一次單詞考試，考試的成績(jī)可作為周末作業(yè)分層的依據(jù)。
