        高三這一年,是充滿了挑戰(zhàn)和艱辛的一年。作為一名高三的英語教師,認(rèn)真踏實(shí)地做好教學(xué)工作,把大部分的時(shí)間用來學(xué)習(xí)、研究新題型和高考備考。此刻把所做的工作總結(jié)如下:

        一、加強(qiáng)研究,提高復(fù)習(xí)備考工作的針對性

        認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)并分析了高考題的類型,總結(jié)規(guī)律尋找突破口。從歷年高考試題的整體研究中找共性,開拓性地抓復(fù)習(xí)備考。在常規(guī)教學(xué)及復(fù)習(xí)備考中,始終抓住加大閱讀量,開展泛讀教學(xué),加強(qiáng)閱讀技巧的指導(dǎo),構(gòu)成有效的閱讀策略,從根本上培養(yǎng)考生的良好的閱讀習(xí)慣和邏輯思維本事。

        二、制定計(jì)劃,加強(qiáng)復(fù)習(xí)的目標(biāo)性。

        根據(jù)學(xué)生的具體情景,制定出切實(shí)可行的復(fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃,把復(fù)習(xí)分為三個(gè)階段。

        1、夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ),發(fā)展本事。

        (2)抓好書面表達(dá)。平時(shí)針對近年高考常見的書面表達(dá)題型進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,并讓學(xué)生利用早晚讀節(jié)時(shí)間背誦范文,熟悉常見的表達(dá)方式。
