第一篇：英語培訓(xùn)心得體會(huì)

攀登，攀登，沒有堅(jiān)持不懈的攀爬，何來登頂后的成功和喜悅！很榮幸參加由北師大項(xiàng)目組與臨夏州教育局共同協(xié)辦的“臨夏州攀登英語學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)驗(yàn)第一學(xué)年集中培訓(xùn)會(huì)”。本人參加了“金色種子”學(xué)校聯(lián)盟（小學(xué)）項(xiàng)目攀登英語學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)驗(yàn)第一學(xué)年集中培訓(xùn)會(huì)。雖然培訓(xùn)時(shí)間僅有一天，但此次培訓(xùn)的收獲頗豐，使我受益匪淺。聆聽專家對(duì)攀登英語的介紹，我深知攀登英語是一種新型的、符合孩子身心健康發(fā)展的、積極科學(xué)的教學(xué)模式，更是一種行之有效教學(xué)方法，在我們今后的教育教學(xué)中大有用武之地。

首先，我積累一些關(guān)于人腦的簡(jiǎn)單常識(shí)，比如：兒童發(fā)展中的敏感期，人的大腦只有10分鐘的注意時(shí)間，語言學(xué)習(xí)的最佳期以及兒童英語學(xué)習(xí)的最佳方法，學(xué)習(xí)方式等等，這些都是我以前從未接觸過的，也是我們教育工作者應(yīng)該熟知的，對(duì)我們?cè)诮虒W(xué)中不斷掌握學(xué)生的身體發(fā)育和身心健康發(fā)展有很大幫助。其次，攀登英語所提倡的“小步子，低壓力”教學(xué)方式值得我們?cè)谄綍r(shí)的教學(xué)工作中借鑒、提倡?，F(xiàn)在的孩子，學(xué)習(xí)壓力大，涉及面廣，英語學(xué)習(xí)必不可少，通過有效地教學(xué)方法和策略，幫助孩子早日培養(yǎng)興趣和自信心，讓孩子們盡早大膽、自信的學(xué)習(xí)英語，敢開口大聲地說英語，是我們英語教學(xué)的一大目標(biāo)，而攀登英語已經(jīng)走在了英語教學(xué)前列，把英語課堂教學(xué)科學(xué)的分為五大環(huán)節(jié)：

1、預(yù)熱環(huán)節(jié)（5分鐘）營(yíng)造輕松氛圍，提供展示平臺(tái)；

2、歌曲、童謠（5分鐘）快樂演唱部分歌曲；

3、日常英語（15分鐘）能聽懂，會(huì)說會(huì)用；

4、動(dòng)畫英語（10分鐘）豐富語言經(jīng)驗(yàn)，培養(yǎng)語言學(xué)習(xí)興趣；

5、總結(jié)（5分鐘）客觀正確的評(píng)價(jià)。與此同時(shí)攀登英語還提出了英語課堂教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的三大原則：

1、“容錯(cuò)”原則，保護(hù)了孩子學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性

2、動(dòng)靜結(jié)合原則，有效提高了孩子的學(xué)習(xí)興趣

3、“English Only”原則，營(yíng)造了良好的英語學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境;

兩大活動(dòng)：

1、“小組合作學(xué)習(xí)”活動(dòng)，讓孩子們學(xué)會(huì)傾聽、交流、補(bǔ)充，讓弱勢(shì)群體真正參與，公平合作，樂于交流，善于表達(dá)，為他們的學(xué)習(xí)掃清障礙，真正做到“一個(gè)都不少”。

2、評(píng)價(jià)活動(dòng)，豐富多樣的評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容和客觀靈活的評(píng)價(jià)方式，逐步掌握評(píng)價(jià)的精髓，用欣賞的眼光來看待每一位學(xué)生，充分利用生動(dòng)活潑的實(shí)物評(píng)價(jià)、充滿關(guān)愛的情感評(píng)價(jià)和個(gè)別行之有效的特權(quán)評(píng)價(jià)，讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都能在教師和同伴的評(píng)價(jià)中吸取無窮的力量，明確努力的方向，獲得成功的體驗(yàn)。這些都將是我們?cè)谄綍r(shí)的英語教學(xué)中極具借鑒和實(shí)踐的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)，將對(duì)孩子們的健康成長(zhǎng)和良好學(xué)習(xí)提供很大幫助，對(duì)我們教育工作者今后的自身提高、發(fā)展將起到很大的引導(dǎo)作用。

幸喜之余，還留有不少遺憾，我所在的永靖縣移民小學(xué)今年剛剛成立，是此次培訓(xùn)中的“非種子”學(xué)校，教學(xué)方面的軟硬件設(shè)施相對(duì)匱乏，新的教師隊(duì)伍缺乏經(jīng)驗(yàn)，希望各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)我校的教育教學(xué)多多指導(dǎo)，多加關(guān)照。另外，由于時(shí)間緊，任務(wù)重，和各位專家老師交流太少，希望在今后的日子里，能夠和專家們多多交流學(xué)習(xí)，改進(jìn)我們的教學(xué)方法，提高教學(xué)水平，讓我們的孩子們?cè)谝粋€(gè)健康、團(tuán)結(jié)、活潑、愉快的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境中茁壯成長(zhǎng)！

I.Introduction

At the beginning of this course, I’ve set my clear goals that I try my best to learn the course of Introduction to Busine English.In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy and the internationalization of further strengthen, China needs a large number of excellent English compound talents.In addition, more and more college students want to get involved in busine English, and they are in the hope of seizing the opportunity in the future, meeting the challenge, and adapting to the society.II.What I have learnt

Through the course, I know about the commercial society, the new changes and new trends.I can follow the latest busine development.The course is about various key areas of busine English basic knowledge and theory, including enterprise management, marketing, e-commerce and some hot spot content.Therefore, I can learn rich busine knowledge, and get familiar with busine English.It help us improve the level of busine English.For the knowledge aspect, I learnt about busine and international career, types of busine, succe of doing busine,corporate culture, and teamwork.In terms of skills, firstly, I’ve acquired more about the busine English knowledge than before.Secondly, I’ve known more about the expreion of busine aspect.In the end, I learn a lot from the course.III.What I have not learnt yet

However, there are some aspects that still need to be improved.First, I just learn a little about the course of Introduction to Busine English.I think that I still have a lot knowledge of Introduction to Busine English to learn.Second, I have to preview the course before I have the cla.It is important for us to finish.Finally, I should review the course after the cla.Reasons that I have not learned are as follows.First, it is never too late to learn.We have a lot to learn.Knowledge has no limit.Second, I think preview is a good habit for us.It can help you know something about the course.And then you can ask the questions which you don’t know.In the end, review also is a good habit for us.Because it can make you memory the knowledge better.1 IV.Suggestions on the course

For the course, I’d like to suggest that we can have a real practice about busine English.Then we can learn a lot from the real practice rather than be an armchair strategist.We can not just confined to books.And I think we can a lively cla rather than a rigid cla.
