。培訓期間我們分別聽取了許多位教師的課。他們在具體的操作過程中，都是用現(xiàn)代教育的思想，站在培養(yǎng)學生素養(yǎng)的高度來認真分析教材，從確定教學目標入手，重點研討如何使用引導學生的探究活動，難點放在選擇適應探索活動的教學方法上。整個活動中我們最大的收獲就是學會了研究、學會了討論，特別是研討氣氛異?；钴S，好多好的點子，在思維的碰撞過程中應運而生，無論是上課的老師還是聽課的老師都在不同的程度上有了提高！這次骨干教師培訓可以說是我們學校乃至華寧縣教育教學上的一次盛會，一次創(chuàng)新。大家相互探討、相互學習、暢所欲言。因此這次培訓活動對我們今后的英語教學大有好處，影響非常深遠篇5：
很幸運成為暑期英語培訓班的一位成員?；仡欉@一周的培訓，雖然只有短短的五天，雖然陽光很猛烈，雖然午餐時間只有一個小時，沒有午睡的時間，可是我沒覺得不習慣，更不覺得辛苦，更重要的是，我覺得自己收獲了很多。
7.20的開班典禮上，教育局領(lǐng)導說明了此次培訓的目的和紀律，剛開始的時候，我還覺得有點不近人情，可是現(xiàn)在想想，他們也是用心良苦啊。之后來自加拿大的校長Mr.Rogers的講話，讓我對這次培訓有了一種期待。回到自己所在的班級后，Mr.Rogers的夫人Kath首先介紹了她的家庭和自己的愛好，她雖然50多歲了，從外表上看，似乎已經(jīng)不再年輕，可是她的心態(tài)，她的幽默讓我感受到了她的熱情和活力。
7.21上午，我們?nèi)齻€班級所有的老師和外教一起頂著烈日，步行到鸛山公園，我們邊看邊寫，通過see,hear,feel,smell,taste等，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)了鸛山公園別樣的風景。在回來的路上，我在思考：
為什么加拿大的教育會走在中國的前面？可能跟他們的教育方式有關(guān)吧？他們非常注重實踐，更加關(guān)注學生的創(chuàng)造性思維。接下來的幾天，Kath采用了各種不同的活動和游戲來激發(fā)我們的積極性，事實證明她真的很棒。讓我印象很深刻的有好多。首先，幾個外教一起教我們跳traditional anadian dane ,大家都很興奮，也很投入，我們笑啊，跳啊，真的像個孩子，更夸張的是，我們親愛的外教竟然站在桌子上示范，那股子認真勁，真的讓我們自嘆不如。今天Kath還教我們跳了hiken dane,她說這是sill dane, 我們邊跳邊笑，最后狂笑，真的很開心，其實我們在開心的同時，不知不覺地學到了知識，鍛煉了自己的聽力，也增加了自己的詞匯量，在這種愉快的氣氛中，我們更能夠接受知識，我們是這樣，我相信學生更是這樣，他們更需要興趣，需要動力，需要輕松愉快的氛圍。我們還做了很多的games,比如說“Chain Reation”,“Charades”, “name games”等，所有游戲的設(shè)計，都是為了激發(fā)我們的學習興趣。今天Mr.Rorgers還給我們做了一個報告，主要是關(guān)于加拿大的教育，這讓我感觸很深，他們的教育，尤其是高等教育，面向的是大多數(shù)的學生，他們會給學生創(chuàng)造很多的機會，很注重提問的藝術(shù)性，他們不會歧視學生，他們給學生更多的是respet（尊重）。他的報告中有幾點給我留下了非常深的印象，也是很難做到的：

第三篇：幼兒園培訓心得體會
非常有幸參加xx師范大學第xx期幼兒園園長培訓。在短短的一周時間里，我和xx市各位園長參觀xx市優(yōu)秀幼兒園、聽xx等專家講座、觀摩幼兒園優(yōu)秀教育活動，每天都頗有收獲。通過學習，我找到了差距，認清了努力方向。我的體會有以下幾點：
一、要讓幼兒園成為“花園”、“樂園”、“家園”
我們先后到xx區(qū)xx幼兒園和xx幼兒園參觀。這兩所幼兒園花團錦簇、綠草茵茵、玩具齊全，有室內(nèi)溜冰場、溫水游泳池、科技探索室、陶藝室、鋼琴房、電腦房、陽光教室等完備的教學設(shè)施，墻壁上裝飾的格言語句散發(fā)著一種積極、博愛、專業(yè)的校園文化。我感慨：這才是孩子幼年的幸福搖籃。
我們是一所縣城的幼兒園，和xx的這些幼兒園根本沒法比，但是，我們也要舍得在外部環(huán)境和設(shè)備設(shè)施上投資。在參觀幼兒園時，我拍攝了好多照片，覺得很多地方可以借鑒。我們也要努力讓幼兒園成為“花園”、“樂園”、成為孩子們溫馨的“家園”。
二、要讓幼兒教師“減負增效”
xx教授在講座中提出：幼兒教師應該“減負增效”?，F(xiàn)在的幼兒教師忙于搞園本課程，忙于制作教具玩具、忙于搞文檔和材料、忙于觀察和記錄，產(chǎn)生了職業(yè)倦怠。我贊同xx教授的看法。前幾年當我第一次聽說某幼兒園已形成了自己的童本理念及課程體系時，我就煞費苦心的經(jīng)常想：如果我們要形成什么課程體系，以本園教師的能力，不及??！
三、善于學習，打造優(yōu)秀團隊
在聽了xx幼兒園園長和xx幼兒園園長的講座后，我對如何打造優(yōu)秀幼兒園團隊有了更深的認識。
團隊像友誼一樣要用心經(jīng)營。教師是教育中的重要因素，我們要打造“充滿生機與活力的現(xiàn)代幼兒教師”，讓教師體驗工作的幸福；要善于調(diào)動每位教師的潛能，讓每一位教師的火都燃得旺旺的。
善于學習，勇于探索，樂于實踐，就會進步。讓我們以這次學習為契機，實實在在地做有利于幼兒園發(fā)展的事情，造福孩子。
最后，感謝市教委給我們這次開闊視野、激活思維、交流學習的機會。
第四篇：幼兒園培訓心得體會
20xx年x月x日，兩天參加了在鄂旗民族綜合職業(yè)中學舉辦的鄂旗中小學、幼兒園公共安全教育培訓。
為期兩天的培訓，進行了理論講座和實踐相結(jié)合的方式，給與會人員上了一堂生動形象的公共安全教育課。
12日，由旗教育局邀請到的教育學博士、現(xiàn)代西方警察科學的引進者之一，預防犯罪侵害專家。中國人民公安大學教授、著名青少年安全教育專家王大偉老師做專題講座。王教授結(jié)合當前各地發(fā)生公共安全事件，運用小的形式介紹了如何來預防及減少公共安全事件的發(fā)生。下午，王大偉教授主要剖析了學校安全預案的制定及實施，各校主管領(lǐng)導及班主任對安全預案有了更深的理解，制定時也有了方向。
13日上午，在民族綜合職業(yè)中學教學樓和操場進行了防火、防震演練，消防隊員詳細的講解并演示了遇到各種類型火災時急救方法，各位參訓學員參與到活動中來，真正體驗了消防隊員工作強度及危險性。
此次培訓雖僅有短短的一天半的時間，學員們受益匪淺。
1、安全無小事，學校安全事件，涵蓋到學生的學習、生活的方方面面，必須做細、做到位。
2、學校的安全教育至關(guān)重要，安全教育應滲透到教學的每個環(huán)節(jié)中。
3、學校的突發(fā)事件預案，必須結(jié)合本校實際制定、切實可行可操作。
4、加大安全宣傳力度，可通過宣傳單、冊、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、報紙、板報、多媒體等手段，讓學生現(xiàn)場參與到安全實踐中來，并通過他們將向更多的人傳授。
第五篇：幼兒園培訓心得體會
我參加了園內(nèi)教師培訓，培訓我們的老師是我們學校資深老人，已經(jīng)有十多年教學經(jīng)驗，他來教導我們讓我們真正的了解到了教學的美麗。
以前我們教學從來都不知道該如何去掌握，很多時候講課都容易讓我們脫離教學的接觸，使得我們教學出現(xiàn)嚴重的問題，不知道該如何學術(shù)自己的學生，也不知道該怎么吸引學生聽課，因此教學的質(zhì)量一直都不高，導致自己教導的學生很多都不合格，讓我們的教學基礎(chǔ)出現(xiàn)了很大的問題。這也導致了我出現(xiàn)了明顯的問題。就是不能帶動學生。
經(jīng)過了這次培訓，我明白雖然幼兒年級小，但是卻值得我們?nèi)フ疹櫲リP(guān)系他們，只要我們重視這一點我們就能夠完成教學的安排，把教導學生的上課過程變成一種教學方式，讓學生不斷的去學習，不斷的去提高，加大對于課堂課程的熱愛讀才是重點。在上課中，不能夠如同教導小學生高中生一樣，而應該，緩慢靈活，讓他們慢慢接受。
把課堂變成一場游戲，把知識當做一個個小故事，讓幼兒去認真學習，這才能夠讓我們的學生有更大的發(fā)展和提升，畢竟這樣的學習此時我們必然需要的發(fā)展。把課堂辦成真正的上課地點這樣更有利于我們的教學，不能夠一直催促幼兒去學習，更應該給他們更多的安排給他們更多的機會，不能只照顧他們的生存和發(fā)展，永遠都不要忘記自己的責任和義務。
雖然我們教導的學生很多都是調(diào)皮搗蛋的。但是同樣他們都有一個共同點，那就是他們對于娛樂和故事沒有任何抵抗，把課程轉(zhuǎn)變一下形勢，讓幼兒園的學生們接受這樣的上課方式，不能死板的教學，畢竟他們還小，和他們講道理，批評都沒有什么用，因為他們不知道，很多人都沒有認識幾個字，批評會讓他們感到害怕，與其這樣，不如投其所好，讓他們接受我們的教導，讓他們?nèi)ソ邮芪覀兊念I(lǐng)導學會更多知道更多。
這也給我們揭露了學生的內(nèi)心世界，他們不是不好教導，而是沒有了解他們每個學生都有共同點，用有趣的教學吸引更多的學生去接受，去聽課，這才是我們今后上課的方式，不能過于僵硬，應該要靈活的教導學生，應該用更加優(yōu)秀的學習方式，讓學生們沉浸在學習的樂趣中，體會不一樣的學習，我們主要的目標就是讓他們知道學習的快樂對學習產(chǎn)生愛好，對我們的學習任務更加好這才是最重要的。
