8.Party A shall guarantee that the dwelling unit has no property rights disputes;Party A shall assist Party B in providing real estate certificateor other relevant supporting documents for Party B's need in business operation.九、就本合同發(fā)生糾紛，雙方協(xié)商解決，協(xié)商不成，任何一方均有權(quán)向人民法院提起訴訟，請求司法解決。9.Both parties will solve the disputes in connection with the contract through consultation.In case an agreement cannot be reached, either party may summit the dispute to the people's court for judicial settlement.十、乙方不得在房屋內(nèi)從事違法行為，并注重房屋及自身財(cái)產(chǎn)和人身安全。如發(fā)生違法及人身安全責(zé)任事故自行負(fù)責(zé)。甲方不承擔(dān)一切法律及民事責(zé)任。
