隨著我過改革開放的日益深入發(fā)展，近年來我國對(duì)外學(xué)術(shù)交流活動(dòng)也是日漸頻繁。由于學(xué)術(shù)交流是某一學(xué)術(shù)問題的交流，所以這一類型的翻譯除了具有一般翻譯的特點(diǎn)外，還具有一些自身的特點(diǎn)，值得注意：
1． 國際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議是涉及某一領(lǐng)域的高層次的專題交流。
2． 國際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議是中外學(xué)術(shù)界學(xué)術(shù)新成果的集中展示。
3． 國際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議的內(nèi)容及所探討的問題大多理論性強(qiáng)，學(xué)術(shù)性
強(qiáng)，抽象性強(qiáng)，尖端問題多，翻譯的難度大。
鑒于以上特點(diǎn)，翻譯工作者在翻譯時(shí)，建議使用以下技巧：
1． 考慮到學(xué)術(shù)交流內(nèi)容的 “專”和“新”的特點(diǎn)，譯員應(yīng)該熟
悉專業(yè)和發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)，準(zhǔn)確運(yùn)用專業(yè)術(shù)語，譯語要符合專業(yè)特點(diǎn)，
避免使用外行話。
2． 考慮到學(xué)術(shù)交流的學(xué)術(shù)性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)，譯員的譯語必須十分嚴(yán)
謹(jǐn)，準(zhǔn)確，正式。
3． 考慮到學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議有時(shí)間限制的特點(diǎn)，譯員在翻譯時(shí)，譯語應(yīng)該
簡(jiǎn)單明了，不拖泥帶水。
4． 國際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議翻譯，尤其要把好 “準(zhǔn)確”關(guān)。為了確保這點(diǎn)，

金秋十月！秋高氣爽，陽光明媚！在歷史名城泉城濟(jì)南召開的“全國社會(huì)心理學(xué)2003年學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議”，經(jīng)過三天緊張的報(bào)告與研討，即將勝利閉幕。在此，我謹(jǐn)代表中國社會(huì)心理學(xué)會(huì)理論與教學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)、中國心理學(xué)會(huì)社會(huì)心理學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)，感謝濟(jì)南大學(xué)對(duì)本次全國社會(huì)心理學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議的召開和順利進(jìn)行所做的巨大奉獻(xiàn)，感謝全國政協(xié)常委、濟(jì)南大學(xué)副校長(zhǎng)張承芬教授及其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的會(huì)務(wù)組的辛勤勞動(dòng)。會(huì)議進(jìn)入籌備以來，張承芬教授、潘曉生教授、王本發(fā)教授、宋尚桂教授、唐本鈺老師、張景煥教授、李雪同學(xué)為會(huì)議做了大量工作，張承芬教授還親自考察，為參加會(huì)議的全體代表選擇了最體現(xiàn)齊魯大地深厚文化積淀的黑陶禮品。這里，我建議大家熱烈鼓掌，對(duì)他們對(duì)會(huì)議的無私支持和辛勤付出表示衷心感謝。

本次會(huì)議不僅是社會(huì)心理學(xué)領(lǐng)域的一次重要會(huì)議，也是我國戰(zhàn)勝非典之后心理學(xué)界的一次盛會(huì)。本次會(huì)議收到論文與摘要143篇，到會(huì)代表125人，150人參加了會(huì)議的開幕式。大會(huì)論文摘要和參加會(huì)議的代表涉及全國21個(gè)省市自治區(qū)，來自全國各高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、政府部門、軍隊(duì)和企業(yè)，具有廣泛的代表性。三天會(huì)議報(bào)告、研討、交流的時(shí)間雖然短暫，但成功達(dá)到了交流成果、溝通感情、促進(jìn)中國社會(huì)心理學(xué)的發(fā)展的預(yù)期目的。在18日晚濟(jì)南大學(xué)舉辦的歡迎全體與會(huì)代表的招待酒會(huì)上，老中青三代學(xué)者齊居一堂，氣氛融洽而熱烈，感情在學(xué)術(shù)傳承中交流，學(xué)術(shù)在真情溝通中弘揚(yáng)。
本次會(huì)議有13人次進(jìn)行了大會(huì)報(bào)告，70人次進(jìn)行了分組報(bào)告，18日晚由王登峰教授、楊中芳教授主持的的學(xué)術(shù)沙龍也得到了與會(huì)代表的踴躍參與。 本次會(huì)議有兩個(gè)鮮明的特點(diǎn)：
第一，本次大會(huì)報(bào)告顯示我國社會(huì)心理學(xué)工作者對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)和社會(huì)問題解決兩方面都存有良好的敏感性，在學(xué)術(shù)上不僅關(guān)注了學(xué)科建設(shè)、原創(chuàng)理論的建樹、人格發(fā)展及其與文化的聯(lián)系、社會(huì)變革、價(jià)值取向、跨文化比較、管理實(shí)踐與人力資源開發(fā)、農(nóng)民心理、交往與心理咨詢，乃至國際軍事心理動(dòng)態(tài)等問題，而且直接探討了社會(huì)心理學(xué)面對(duì)社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)挑戰(zhàn)如何提供解決方案的問題。大會(huì)報(bào)告的一批針對(duì)我國非典疫情所進(jìn)行的研究，是中國社會(huì)心理學(xué)工作者關(guān)注社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)問題的社會(huì)心理解決方案的一個(gè)代表。大會(huì)所進(jìn)行的各類報(bào)告，在各種學(xué)術(shù)前沿問題，理論建設(shè)、社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)問題解決等方面，都提供了富有建設(shè)性的系統(tǒng)觀點(diǎn)和研究成果，大大拓展了與會(huì)者的學(xué)術(shù)視野，這樣的學(xué)術(shù)交流，無疑將對(duì)中國社會(huì)心理學(xué)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要影響；

中國政府一向重視亞歐會(huì)議進(jìn)程，是進(jìn)程的積極參與者和推動(dòng)者。中國國務(wù)院總理出席了歷屆亞歐首腦會(huì)議，積極倡導(dǎo)和平、開放、協(xié)作、發(fā)展的理念，闡明建立亞歐新型伙伴關(guān)系的基本原則，提出關(guān)于加強(qiáng)亞歐政治對(duì)話與磋商、深化和提升經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系、加強(qiáng)環(huán)境與農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域合作、拓展文化文明對(duì)話、推動(dòng)青年交流等倡議和主張。中國發(fā)起和主辦了多項(xiàng)部長(zhǎng)級(jí)會(huì)議和其他重要活動(dòng)，內(nèi)容涉及環(huán)境、文化、科技、中小企業(yè)、海關(guān)、農(nóng)業(yè)、司法等眾多領(lǐng)域，是首倡部長(zhǎng)級(jí)會(huì)議最多的成員，為推動(dòng)亞歐政策對(duì)話與務(wù)實(shí)合作做出了積極努力。
今年10月24日至25日，中國將在北京主辦第七屆亞歐首腦會(huì)議。本屆首腦會(huì)議是亞歐會(huì)議實(shí)現(xiàn)第二輪擴(kuò)大后45方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人首次聚會(huì)。會(huì)議主題為“對(duì)話合作、互利共贏”，將圍繞政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)文化三個(gè)領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行深入討論，包括與可持續(xù)發(fā)展相關(guān)的問題。我們希望借此次首腦會(huì)議，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)與亞歐國家的友好關(guān)系，深化亞歐雙方在各領(lǐng)域的平等對(duì)話與互利合作，創(chuàng)造共贏局面，造福兩大洲人民。
為推動(dòng)亞歐會(huì)議進(jìn)程進(jìn)一步深入發(fā)展，我愿在此談?wù)勔韵聨c(diǎn)看法：
第一，亞歐會(huì)議應(yīng)成為成員間增進(jìn)互信、理解和協(xié)調(diào)、配合的渠道。為不斷適應(yīng)新的形勢(shì)發(fā)展，應(yīng)對(duì)當(dāng)前各種傳統(tǒng)和非傳統(tǒng)安全挑戰(zhàn)，亞歐各方應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)協(xié)調(diào)與配合，共同推進(jìn)和平與發(fā)展的事業(yè)，共同推動(dòng)國際熱點(diǎn)問題和地區(qū)爭(zhēng)端的妥善解決，在國際事務(wù)中發(fā)揮更大的建設(shè)性作用。
第二，亞歐會(huì)議應(yīng)成為地區(qū)間開展全方位、多領(lǐng)域務(wù)實(shí)合作的平臺(tái)。亞歐各方同為全球化的重要參與者，應(yīng)繼續(xù)探求有效的具體途徑，加強(qiáng)在經(jīng)貿(mào)、金融、科技、文化、教育等領(lǐng)域的全面交流和務(wù)實(shí)合作，從對(duì)話走向行動(dòng)，使亞歐人民切實(shí)受益，實(shí)現(xiàn)互利共贏。
第三，亞歐合作應(yīng)成為國家間實(shí)現(xiàn)和諧共處的典范。亞歐各國在歷史背景、社會(huì)制度、文化傳統(tǒng)和經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展等方面的多樣性和互補(bǔ)性應(yīng)成為各方相互借鑒、共同進(jìn)步的基礎(chǔ)和動(dòng)力。亞歐各方應(yīng)繼續(xù)堅(jiān)持相互尊重、平等互利的原則，開放包容，和諧共處。
最后，我祝愿本屆亞歐議會(huì)伙伴會(huì)議取得圓滿成功。
