紅巖小學學生營養(yǎng)餐 自 查 報 告
為了全面落實上級關于“學生營養(yǎng)改善計劃”的指示精神，進一步加強學生營養(yǎng)改善計劃的安全管理，規(guī)范操作，根據(jù)教育局以及鄉(xiāng)總校相關要求，我校該學期于9月3日對全校學生進行開餐，現(xiàn)將該學期以來的營養(yǎng)餐工作匯報如下：

我校1-6年級共有6個教學班，學生308人（教師14人，食堂工勤人員3人），絕大多數(shù)的學生是留守兒童，家庭經(jīng)濟比較困難，學校大部分的學生不喜歡吃茄子、紅蘿卜、紫菜；最愛啃排骨、喝小瓜湯、喝雞蛋湯。
二、硬件設施情況
為保障學生營養(yǎng)改善計劃順利進行，學校安排了專用房屋2間，即營養(yǎng)餐儲藏間及營養(yǎng)餐操作間，并安裝了防盜門。購置了蒸飯柜、大型電炒鍋、菜盆、炒菜勺、飯桶等炊具。
三、食堂管理措施
1、學校成立了以校長為組長的“學生營養(yǎng)改善計劃”實施領導小組，張啟俊老師為驗收入庫員，吉永剛老師為出庫發(fā)放員，各班主任教師為班級分餐管理員，各成員分工明確，責任到人。
2、學校建立健全了“學生營養(yǎng)改善計劃”各項規(guī)章制度，張貼上墻，相關責任人加以深刻理解。
3、學校與食堂工勤人員簽訂了安全目標責任書，認真督促他們
每日將炊具進行高溫消毒、每周利用消毒液對食堂周邊進行徹底消毒。學校食堂管理人員每天還對工勤人員進行指導和督查，對發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題及時解決或上報。
4、要求食堂工勤人員每日要對該天所吃食品進行留樣。
三、營養(yǎng)中餐就餐情況。
1、結(jié)合我校實際情況，學生每天中午的就餐只能安排在各班教室進行。
2、學生就餐期間、班主任不得隨意離開，必須在教室里面組織學生分餐。
3、學校每天都安排各班班主任對其該班學生進行陪餐。
4、對于學生吃剩的剩菜剩飯，學校無回收作為二次食用的情況，而是由學校附近農(nóng)戶回收養(yǎng)豬。
5、每天就餐完畢，各班值日生必須用洗潔精將其課桌摖洗干凈。
四、經(jīng)費管理
1、我校營養(yǎng)餐標準為每餐4元。
2、該學期以來我校沒有給學生收取營養(yǎng)餐補助費。
3、我校食堂經(jīng)費由學校財務人員吉永剛負責管理，校長及全校教師負責監(jiān)督。
4、學校蔬菜類、糧油類的采購方式均為供應商統(tǒng)一供應。學校每天安排相關教師進行驗收并整理入庫。
5、學校食堂工勤人員均有健康證，每天著裝上崗，每月工資1000元。
一學期以來，學校不定期在學生中發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷，從而了解學生
所吃的飯菜是否符合口味、工勤人員餐具清洗是否干凈等。對“學生營養(yǎng)改善計劃”的制度落實情況進行自查，對存在的問題進行及時整改，力求讓學生吃得好、吃得飽。爭取辦讓社會放心、讓家長稱心、讓孩子開心的教育。
園巡查，保證校園有一個好的環(huán)境。見到學校有其他需要的工作我及時的參與其中，從不說一點怨氣，從不給學校找半點麻
煩，以學校為家，努力完成工作。
回顧本學期的學生營養(yǎng)餐工作，雖然取得一定成績，但是也還存在不足，比如說我校規(guī)模大，學生多，工作量大有時不免工作欠周到，給班主任工作帶來了一定的麻煩。在以后的工作中，我要不斷總結(jié)經(jīng)驗和教訓，力爭做得更好。
石門完全小學 XX-1-10 為使我鎮(zhèn)的營養(yǎng)餐管理工作逐步走向制度化、規(guī)范化，我鎮(zhèn)制定了《學生營養(yǎng)餐資金管理制度》、《學生營養(yǎng)餐實施方案》、《學生營養(yǎng)餐應急預案》，同時還制定管理人員崗位職責，中心小學與各完小簽訂了《學校食堂食品安全協(xié)議書》，與食堂工人簽訂了《官路鎮(zhèn)中心小學食堂從業(yè)人員協(xié)議書》等，層層簽訂了安全責任狀，做到責任到人。為保質(zhì)保量實施好“愛心營養(yǎng)餐”工程提供了組織保障和制度保障。
2、加大宣傳，積極建檔。
為了順利實施營養(yǎng)餐，我們學校在每一學期開學初召開學生家長會，在家長會上，學校領導向家長們傳達學生營養(yǎng)餐的補助政策和學生營養(yǎng)餐的具體做法，讓家長們弄清營養(yǎng)餐是怎樣一回事，知道是黨和政府的好政策，是對學生的關心和厚愛。為了讓真正貧困學生享受營養(yǎng)餐，學校組織相關人員對剛進入我校的學生展開摸底調(diào)查，把學生中家庭經(jīng)濟條件確實差，如低保戶、家庭因遇變故而導致經(jīng)濟困難、患病致殘的學生等情況進行匯總。再次，根據(jù)教育資助政策，對符合條件的學生填表、上報、審批，并建立名冊和臺帳。
3、因地制宜，確定模式。
學校結(jié)合實際，每周為學生提供五頓營養(yǎng)餐，食堂統(tǒng)一安排在中餐，并制定了供餐食譜，在每周一向全體師生公示。學校嚴格按照有關食品安全衛(wèi)生標準及要求，確保食品原料新鮮潔凈，做到合理搭配，營養(yǎng)均衡，保證營養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。
4、強化監(jiān)督，嚴格管理。
學校還建立了教師、學生和家長代表組成的監(jiān)督小組, 校長帶頭
付費陪餐監(jiān)督，并實行采購員、驗收人、監(jiān)督領導多方簽字審核。學校對營養(yǎng)餐資金的管理，都能做到專款專用，建立財務公開制度，自覺接受學生、家長、社會、上級主管部門和各級領導的監(jiān)督和審核。
5、嚴格食品采購制度。
采購的食品必須做到定點配送（有協(xié)議），驗收時必須實行三方簽字（供方、食堂管理人員和值周值日教師）、堅持索證、索票制度，配送的大米（索要合格證）、菜籽油質(zhì)量必須達到食品衛(wèi)生的要求，所采購肉（索要免疫證）、蛋、蔬菜等必須每天配送一次，確保新鮮、價格合理。
6、嚴格要求，按章操作。
學校根據(jù)實際，制定了《學校食品安全事故應急預案》、《炊事員管理制度》等相關規(guī)章制度。學校落實了供餐驗收、儲存、組織學生就餐、臺帳檔案、食品安全等專項制度，規(guī)范了食品儲藏，加工，分發(fā)和食用等操作規(guī)程，保證各項工作的各個環(huán)節(jié)都有章可循。
學校設立專職管理員鄭利梅老師，專門負責營養(yǎng)餐所需食品材料的采購、入庫、保管、出庫等工作，建立好進出臺帳，發(fā)放登記冊。每天檢查儲藏間食品的數(shù)量、質(zhì)量和保質(zhì)期，及時剔除過期和變質(zhì)食品。
學校設置專用的營養(yǎng)餐食品儲藏室，實行營養(yǎng)餐接收管理簽字制度。營養(yǎng)餐接收人員接收食品必須嚴格檢查產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)日期和保質(zhì)期，并做好詳細記錄，確認食品符合衛(wèi)生安全標準后，須經(jīng)交貨與收貨雙方簽字方可入庫儲藏。尤其是留樣環(huán)節(jié)，我校嚴格按照規(guī)定在專用設施內(nèi)冷藏存放48小時以上，并做好相關記錄。
嚴格加強對儲藏室及食堂的管理與監(jiān)督，任何人未經(jīng)許可不得進入，搞好室內(nèi)衛(wèi)生，定時對儲藏室及食堂進行消毒。做好出庫檢查和登記，杜絕存在質(zhì)量問題的食品出庫。學校食堂炊事員和管理人員必須先培訓、再上崗。培訓后再進行體檢，并將炊事員的健康證進行公示。
7、定期公示，及時反饋。
營養(yǎng)餐管理人員于上周五安排好下周食譜，在星期一將本周食譜進行公示，接受大家的監(jiān)督；學生食用了營養(yǎng)餐后，教師要對學生的食用情況進行調(diào)查反饋，校行政或采購人員要和供貨商進行情況反饋；采購人員購物時，必須做好物品的檢查，索證、索票，實實在在把好 ⑥值周老師要巡視檢查和維持秩序，并作好檢查記錄?？傊ㄟ^營養(yǎng)改善計劃的實施，切實保障了貧困家庭學生的健康成長，減輕了家長負擔，促進學校各項工作順利開展。在以后的工

3、油、肉按每餐每人0.025千克配備落實。
4、每天菜譜進行更新，并加以公示。
9至11月份自購蔬菜共支出5313.6元，上級配送的米、油還未結(jié)賬。
四、存在的問題
由于我校學生少，生均公用經(jīng)費不多，而每月學生營養(yǎng)餐所用的煤氣、水電費就很高，加上購菜次數(shù)多，運菜運費高。所以學校經(jīng)費特別緊張。
