其次，作文是作者通過文章向讀者單方面的輸出信息，演講則是演講者在現(xiàn)場與聽眾雙向交流信息。嚴格地講，演講是演講者與聽眾、聽眾與聽眾的三角信息交流，演講者不能以傳達自己的思想和情感、情緒為滿足，他必須能控制住自己與聽眾、聽眾與聽眾情緒的應(yīng)和與交流。所以，為演講準備的稿子就具有以下三個特點：

第一、針對性。演講是一種社會活動，是用于公眾場合的宣傳形式。它為了以思想、感情、事例和理論來曉喻聽眾，打動聽眾，“征服”群眾，必須要有現(xiàn)實的針對性。所謂針對性，首先是作者提出的問題是聽眾所關(guān)心的問題，評論和論辨要有雄辯的邏輯力量，要能為聽眾所接受并心悅誠服，這樣，才能起到應(yīng)有的社會效果;其次是要懂得聽眾有不同的對象 和不同的層次，而“公眾場合”也有不同的類型，如黨團集會、專業(yè)性會議、服務(wù)性俱樂部、 學(xué)校、社會團體、宗教團體、各類競賽場合，寫作時要根據(jù)不同場合和不同對象，為聽眾設(shè)計不同的演講內(nèi)容。

第二、可講性。演講的本質(zhì)在于“講”，而不在于“演”，它以“講”為主、以“演”為輔。由于演講要訴諸口頭，擬稿時必須以易說能講為前提。如果說，有些文章和作品主要通過閱讀欣賞，領(lǐng)略其中意義和情味，那么，演講稿的要求則是“上口入耳”。一篇好的演講稿對演講者來說要可講;對聽講者來說應(yīng)好聽。因此，演講稿寫成之后，作者最好能通過試講或默念加以檢查，凡是講不順口或聽不清楚之處(如句子過長)，均應(yīng)修改與調(diào)整。

第三、鼓動性。演講是一門藝術(shù)。好的演講自有一種激發(fā)聽眾情緒、贏得好感的鼓動性。要做到這一點，首先要依靠演講稿思想內(nèi)容的豐富、深刻，見解精辟，有獨到之處，發(fā)人深思，語言表達要形象、生動，富有感染力。如果演講稿寫得平淡無味，毫無新意，即使在現(xiàn)場“演”得再賣力，效果也不會好，甚至相反。

第四、整體性演講稿并不能獨立地完成演講任務(wù)，它只是演講的一個文字依據(jù)，是整個演講活動的一個組成部分。演講主體、聽眾對象、特定的時空條件，共同構(gòu)成了演講活動的整體。撰寫演講稿時，不能將它從整體中剝離出來。為此，演講稿的撰寫要注意以下幾個方面：

首先，要根據(jù)聽眾的文化層次、工作性質(zhì)、生存環(huán)境、品位修養(yǎng)、愛好愿望來確立選題，選擇表達方式，以便更好地溝通。

其次，演講稿不僅要充分體現(xiàn)演講者獨到、深刻的觀點和見解，而且還要對聲調(diào)的高低、語速的快慢、體態(tài)語的運用進行設(shè)計并加以注釋，以達到最佳的傳播效果。

另外，還要考慮演講的時間、空間、現(xiàn)場氛圍等因素，以強化演講的現(xiàn)場效果。

第五、口語性

口語性是演講稿區(qū)別于其他書面表達文章和會議文書的重要方面。書面性文章無需多說，其他會議文書如大會工作報告、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)講話稿等，并不太講究口語性，雖然由某一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在臺上宣讀，但聽眾手中一般也有一份印制好的講稿，一邊聽講一邊閱讀，不會有什么聽不明白的地方。演講稿就不同了，它有較多的即興發(fā)揮，不可能事先印好講稿發(fā)給聽眾。為此，演講稿必須講究“上口”和“入耳”。所謂上口，就是講起來通達流利。所謂入耳，就是聽起來非常順暢，沒有什么語言障礙，不會發(fā)生曲解。具體要做到：

把長句改成適聽的短句;

把倒裝句改為常規(guī)句;

把容易誤聽的詞換成不易誤聽的詞。

這樣，才能保證講起來朗朗上口，聽起來清楚明白。

第六、臨場性

演講活動是演講者與聽眾面對面的一種交流和溝通。聽眾會對演講內(nèi)容及時作出反應(yīng)：或表示贊同，或表示反對，或饒有興趣，或無動于衷。演講者對聽眾的各種反映不能置之不顧，因此，寫演講稿時，要充分考慮它的臨場性，在保證內(nèi)容完整的前提下，要注意留有伸縮的余地。要充分考慮到演講時可能出現(xiàn)的種種問題，以及應(yīng)付各種情況的對策?？傊葜v稿要具有彈性，要體現(xiàn)出必要的控場技巧。

第一、“使人知”演講。這是一種以傳達信息、闡明事理為主要功能的演講。它的目的在于使人知道、明白。如美學(xué)家朱光潛的演講《談作文》，講了作文前的`準備、文章體裁、構(gòu)思、選材等，使聽眾明白了作文的基本知識。它的特點是知識性強，語言準確。
