剛進公司的時候對于非工程專業(yè)出身的自我真的很沒有信心,怕做不了領導交給我的任務給公司添麻煩,最明顯的就是剛參加公司例會的時候我壓根就聽不懂公司各部門領導匯報工作匯報的是什么,更別說我們工程部涉及的那么多專業(yè)術語了。可是經理真的是一位很好的領導或者說是一位很好的教師,剛正式工作的時候她交給我的都是一些很簡單的工作,可是對于我這種基礎空白的人來說還是有必須的難度的,所以做的錯誤百出并且還浪費時間,當她明白我底子異常不好之后,再交給我任務的時候都會先耐心的教會我怎樣做,連最基本的E_CEL功能和CAD功能都不厭其煩的教到位,還大膽的讓我起草合同、做一些預算、計算一下工程量等,更是把走簽合同的流程和走付款的流程交給我讓我獨立的負責了。公司的工程師也給了我很大的幫忙,他經驗豐富、專業(yè)知識功底厚,在工作上給了我很多的指導,也是我提高的好教師。此刻我不僅僅能獨立的完成領導交給我的任務,最明顯的提高是此刻每次開會我不僅僅能聽懂各部門匯報的是什么工作,并且還能從中找出那些是需要自我接下來做的工作、需要配合其他部門進行什么工作,而這些都要歸功于公司各位領導和同事對我的幫忙。
經過這半年的工作,雖然成績得到了領導及同事的肯定,工作中的不足同樣需要領導及同事指點批評,我自我也認識到我有很多的缺點,最大的缺點就是粗心大意。平時我做的最多的就是工程量的統(tǒng)計和付款,可是我經常少算、錯算或者小數(shù)點點錯、數(shù)寫錯等,好多都是我做好了等別人審核的時候才發(fā)現(xiàn)這些小錯誤,可是一個小錯誤的出現(xiàn)就相當于我的工作白做了,不僅僅浪費時間還耽誤公司的工作進程,更甚者可能會給公司帶來經濟損失,所以以后不論做任何工作都得認真仔細,先自檢確保無誤之后再交給相關領導,爭取將錯誤率降到最低。我還有一個缺點就是自我不會做的工作不喜歡向別人請教,可能是害怕自我問的問題太簡單不好意思吧,所以就自我摸索要不就上網查,可是這種方法很浪費時間,
甚至有時候上網查詢的方法也是錯的,還耽誤工作進程。所以以后我應當丟棄這種害羞的心思,要勇于向別人學習,自我才能提高的更快。
