二、工作
我所作的工作主要是兩個(gè)方面,一個(gè)是線上的和我們客戶的溝通,幫他們解決一些問(wèn)題,還有一個(gè)是接聽電話解決他們的問(wèn)題,并在后續(xù)沒(méi)解決的情景下再電話聯(lián)系跟進(jìn),直到徹底的解決。剛開始的時(shí)候,我還需要看著話術(shù),怎樣回答,或者直接發(fā)話術(shù),可是經(jīng)過(guò)這段時(shí)間的工作,我已經(jīng)脫離話術(shù)了,自我獨(dú)立的來(lái)解決問(wèn)題,像客戶的一些比較簡(jiǎn)單的問(wèn)題,我完全能夠自我和他說(shuō)清楚,而不再需要從話術(shù)里找一條適宜的發(fā)給客戶了,而一些技術(shù)上的難題,如果我明白的,也是盡量解決,實(shí)在是解決不了的只能找技術(shù)的同事來(lái)幫忙了。在電話的溝通當(dāng)中,我也能夠完成每日主管給到的任務(wù),跟進(jìn)解決客戶的問(wèn)題。
三、不足
雖然工作了一段時(shí)間了,可是我覺得我要學(xué)習(xí)的東西還是有很多的,對(duì)產(chǎn)品方面還需要繼續(xù)熟悉,一些常見的產(chǎn)品我是已經(jīng)熟悉了,可是偶爾客戶遇到了一些比較冷門的產(chǎn)品問(wèn)題,我還是不能很好的及時(shí)解決。在和客戶的溝通方面,還需要多聽其他同事的錄音,多學(xué)習(xí)他們溝通的優(yōu)點(diǎn),提升自我在溝通中的工作本事。在工作之余,我也需要多去看一些溝通方面的書籍,更好的把握客戶的心理,異常是一些情緒比較激動(dòng)的客戶,更是需要好好的去解決他們的問(wèn)題,避免因我的溝通本事不行,導(dǎo)致出現(xiàn)投訴的情景。
