教師是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的促進(jìn)者，學(xué)習(xí)本事的培養(yǎng)者，更是學(xué)生人生的引路人。教師的任務(wù)是教書育人，但不能只做一個“教書匠”，更要做個“教育者”，要充分了解每個學(xué)生各個時期的心理狀態(tài)并進(jìn)行及時適度的處理，讓他們的綜合素質(zhì)得到全面發(fā)展。此刻，我就把我在這一學(xué)期所做的工作與體會進(jìn)行評價，力求在以后的教學(xué)工作中取得更大的成績和提高。

三、工作出勤方面：

我熱愛自我的事業(yè)，從不因為個人的私事耽誤工作的時間。并進(jìn)取運(yùn)用有效的工作時間做好自我份內(nèi)的工作。在教育工作中，我進(jìn)取參加教研組的教研活動和學(xué)校組織的例會，進(jìn)取參加工會活動、升降旗儀式。在我工作的這一學(xué)期中，沒有缺席、遲到、早退和病事假的發(fā)生，嚴(yán)格遵守了學(xué)校的各項規(guī)章制度。

五、存在的不足"金無足赤，人無完人"，在教學(xué)工作中難免有缺陷。

六、改善措施：
