一、以情服務(wù)、用心做事。工作中我對(duì)來(lái)訪(fǎng)的客人以禮相待，保持著熱情，耐心地幫助他們，對(duì)他們提出的問(wèn)題自己不能回答時(shí)，我向主任、老同事請(qǐng)教后，給予解答，工作中時(shí)刻想著自己代表的是公司，對(duì)處理違規(guī)違紀(jì)的事情都是做到“禮先到”，不擺架子，耐心地和他們溝通，于他們談心，避免和他們矛盾，影響公司形象。

三、任勞任怨、孜孜不倦。對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的安排是完全的服從，并不折不扣的執(zhí)行，以堅(jiān)持到“最后一分鐘”的心態(tài)去工作，一如既往地做好每天的職責(zé)，生活中我也常常關(guān)心同事，經(jīng)常于他們談心、交流，他們不開(kāi)心時(shí)，我就會(huì)去開(kāi)導(dǎo)他們，給他們講笑話(huà)，逗他們開(kāi)心。我始終以一個(gè)學(xué)者的身份向他們請(qǐng)教工作中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。工作中我也有很多不足處，但我時(shí)刻以“合格金源人”的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)要求自己，以同事為榜樣去提醒自己，爭(zhēng)取能做一名合格的__人，能在__公司這個(gè)大舞臺(tái)上展示自己，能為_(kāi)_公司的輝煌奉獻(xiàn)自己的一份力量。
