旅游是對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的促進(jìn)，在很多地方，游客的消費(fèi)占了整個(gè)旅游費(fèi)用的很大部分。在這種市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的大潮中，導(dǎo)游運(yùn)用適當(dāng)?shù)闹v解激發(fā)起游客的購物興趣，從中賺取傭金是完全合理的。任何的商品都是有它的成本的，而成本與實(shí)際的市場(chǎng)價(jià)格往往相差幾倍幾十倍之多。但這些利潤(rùn)并不是生產(chǎn)商一家賺取的，中間還要有很多層批發(fā)商和銷售商來分成，還有最大的支出是廣告費(fèi)用。據(jù)說，可口可樂每年用于廣告宣傳的費(fèi)用大約全年總利潤(rùn)的50%，也就是說，我們?cè)谝宦?元的可樂，有1.5元被廣告商拿走了。導(dǎo)游的促銷講解，也就相當(dāng)于宣傳費(fèi)用，商家省去了在電視報(bào)紙做廣告的宣傳費(fèi)，還能夠銷售出產(chǎn)品，自然要給導(dǎo)游一部分傭金作為廣告費(fèi)了。 在促銷講解中，導(dǎo)游大可不必不好意思，但絕不能強(qiáng)硬或欺詐，不擇手段地騙取游客的消費(fèi)的導(dǎo)游，不但違背了導(dǎo)游的職業(yè)道德，同時(shí)也違反了有關(guān)的行業(yè)法規(guī)。導(dǎo)游要做的是，在知識(shí)方面不斷充實(shí)自己，勤于收集各種相關(guān)資料，在講解時(shí)以豐富的信息和生動(dòng)的語言來打動(dòng)游客才是正途。另外，盡量使自己對(duì)你所講解的旅游商品產(chǎn)生興趣，連你自己都不喜歡或根本不信的東西，你很難生動(dòng)地加入感情地來介紹。

7、新導(dǎo)游如何選擇旅行社，確保不上當(dāng)，避免陷阱

目前的行業(yè)情況是地接旅行社的收入要比組團(tuán)社低很多，所有很多大的旅行社例如國(guó)、中、青旅都很少涉足地接工作了，做地接工作的大部分都是一些中小型的旅行社，其中難免魚龍混雜，新導(dǎo)游由于剛剛考下導(dǎo)游證，社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)不多，又有急切的求職心理，因此很容易在找社的時(shí)候容易掉入一些旅行社的求職陷阱。旅行社的陷阱大多有類：所要高額保證金和惡意拖欠團(tuán)款。前者是指旅行社同意把證調(diào)入該旅行社，但前提是要交納高額的質(zhì)量保證金，并不給予任何單據(jù)，這一點(diǎn)很好預(yù)防。只要提前問好保證金的數(shù)額，交納的同時(shí)所要收據(jù)就可以了，一般旅行社的保證金維持在1000-2000元左右。后者則是非?？膳碌南葳?，甚至很多老導(dǎo)游都經(jīng)常上當(dāng)，主要是指導(dǎo)游在帶團(tuán)期間為團(tuán)隊(duì)預(yù)先墊付門票款，但在帶團(tuán)結(jié)束后（無投訴情況下）未按時(shí)歸還團(tuán)款，而將導(dǎo)游的錢用于其他方面的投資，這是一種類似于欺詐的行為，但由于很多導(dǎo)游顧慮旅行社不給派團(tuán)而不敢聲張，導(dǎo)致團(tuán)款越欠越多，有不少導(dǎo)游一兩年內(nèi)被旅行社拖欠了數(shù)萬元之多，有些導(dǎo)游全年的血汗錢都在旅行社里，導(dǎo)致自己手中一堆白條，無處要錢。最近導(dǎo)游棲息地論壇還在組織北京的導(dǎo)游索要被旅行社拖欠的團(tuán)款，可見普遍性。預(yù)防被押款主要做到兩點(diǎn)：第一，在去旅行社前向同行或前輩打聽下該社的口碑，如果是口碑很差的那種，那就要注意了；第二，先給這個(gè)社帶一兩個(gè)團(tuán)看看，如果社里按約定時(shí)間報(bào)帳，保守信用，可在該社繼續(xù)帶團(tuán)，若社內(nèi)工作人員以各種理由拖延時(shí)間，則立即停止為該社帶團(tuán)，專心追討團(tuán)款，在一定時(shí)間內(nèi)還沒有報(bào)帳的跡象，導(dǎo)游要果斷地拿起法律的武器來保護(hù)自己的合法權(quán)益，用實(shí)際行動(dòng)維護(hù)導(dǎo)游的良好工作環(huán)境。

8、做一名謙虛謹(jǐn)慎、八面玲瓏的導(dǎo)游員 導(dǎo)游是一項(xiàng)前途光明的工作，但從統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)上講，導(dǎo)游工作的平均年限在3-4年，很多導(dǎo)游在入行一兩年就轉(zhuǎn)做其他了，可能因?yàn)槭杖肱c支出不成正比；旺季身體過度疲勞；經(jīng)常受委屈等很多原因，就不一一贅述了。所以，行內(nèi)開玩笑地講，當(dāng)你工作的第二年時(shí)，就已經(jīng)是老導(dǎo)游了。那時(shí)候，你在帶團(tuán)中可能已經(jīng)有跟你團(tuán)學(xué)習(xí)的新導(dǎo)游了。而你的收入，也比第一年有了很大的提高。這時(shí)候很多導(dǎo)游開始進(jìn)入了一種驕傲自滿、不求上進(jìn)的階段。說話的時(shí)候沒有了以往的謙虛，變成更多的自我吹噓和夸夸其談；放棄了繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)提高的努力，進(jìn)入了一種花天酒地的生活。還有不少導(dǎo)游沾染上了行內(nèi)最流行的通病——吹牛，就是把自己帶團(tuán)中取得的“戰(zhàn)績(jī)”添油加醋地向同行介紹，不分場(chǎng)合地點(diǎn)，甚至在公交車中打電話說這事也是旁若無人。且不說這些行為讓很多同行嗤之以鼻，就說造成公眾的社會(huì)影響有多惡劣，導(dǎo)游更應(yīng)該為維護(hù)自身職業(yè)的良好輿論環(huán)境作出努力。真正的導(dǎo)游在什么情況都不應(yīng)該放棄學(xué)習(xí)，更不能放棄謙虛的態(tài)度，態(tài)度是決定一切的。導(dǎo)游也是人，但導(dǎo)游應(yīng)該是一個(gè)謙虛謹(jǐn)慎、八面玲瓏的人
