我是來自環(huán)化系環(huán)測0601班的季某。

站在這個講臺，我覺得光榮。如果現(xiàn)在我臨鎮(zhèn)退縮的話，我會因為我的行為而感到羞愧，這就是我身邊的榮與辱。

同樣，校園里的一張紙屑，你將它揀起來放進垃圾箱里。同學(xué)有困難你伸出雙手去幫助了他。參加社團的工作你積極努力做了。那你就是光榮的，今天我演講的題目是生活中的榮與恥。

生活中常常有四個字時刻提醒我們什么是榮，敬，孝敬父母，尊敬師長，敬崗敬業(yè)，尊敬別人。靜，保持公共場所的安靜，食不言，寢不語。給別人以和諧溫馨的環(huán)境。凈保持環(huán)境干凈，衣著整潔干凈，思想干凈純潔，靈魂純潔美麗。競，樹立競爭意識，不能做的最好，但要做的更好，積極鍛煉自己，參加各類的競賽。

我想問同學(xué)，以上的四竟，你做到了幾點，如果你全都做到了那你就是一個有愛心的人，一個有愛心的人不僅有熱愛祖國，熱愛人民，熱愛生活的熱情，更重要的是他有一顆善良的心。而正是這顆善良的心世界才美麗。

生活在這片土地上，我們每一個人，只要存在一天，道德良心就會伴隨我們，要學(xué)會感恩，感謝那些為保護環(huán)境而知榮明恥的人們，勿以善小而不為，勿以惡小而為之。學(xué)校是我家，清潔靠大家。

I was so excited when i entered the college. For so many years, I worked hard to achieve this dream and finally i made it. Everything seemed fresh and curious to me. I was so pleased that I would enjoy my college life soon.

when i was in high school, I had to study all the time and hardly had spare time to do what i wanted to.Besides, I had to focus on my textbooks and doing exercise again and again. Therefore, I had little time to read magazines and novels and watch TV. what was worse, I couldn't play with my friends a lot, which I couldn't stand the most. 道德是指一個人良好的品德，中華上下五千年來形成了無數(shù)的良好的品德，古人的道德修養(yǎng)令我們仰慕，然而，咋現(xiàn)代這個充滿了功利氣味的社會中，人心浮躁，又有多少人能夠真正的堅守道德呢?

縱觀古今，無數(shù)的能人賢士又有哪一個沒有堅守道德?如春秋時期的楚國大夫屈原，他在磅礴大氣的汨羅江邊，獨自一人，面色慘淡，來回踱步，發(fā)出了“舉世皆濁我獨清，眾人皆醉我獨醒?！钡母锌?，在當時，楚國君臣整日生活在酒肉奢靡的環(huán)境中，安逸享樂，只有屈原有著堅守道德的毅力與決心，最終不愿意同流合污，投身于汨羅江中洗凈自己的身體與心靈。正是因為屈原能夠堅守道德，他才能在這污濁的大世中，保持一個純潔的靈魂。

寫下了“史家之絕唱，無韻之離騷”的司馬遷，又何嘗不是能夠堅守道德?他忠肝義膽，敢于堅守道德，能夠在危險的境地中勇于表達自己的看法，為將軍辯護，最終卻被處以極刑，但他仍能夠堅守道德，若司馬遷不能堅守道德，那么這世上恐怕就無貫徹古今，聞名于世的《史記》了。

然而，歷史上也總是存在著沒有堅守道德而導(dǎo)致自身身敗名裂的人，如明朝的鎮(zhèn)關(guān)大將軍吳三桂，身為鎮(zhèn)守邊關(guān)，抵御外敵的大將軍，本身應(yīng)該固守國土，保衛(wèi)國家安寧，然是他卻與清軍私通，導(dǎo)致明朝戰(zhàn)火，雖有榮華富貴，但最終卻落得一個賣國賊的名頭，被后世的人所辱罵，遺臭萬年。

反觀當下，社會人心躁動，有些人為了獲得更大的利益，使用一些不法手段，近些年來，染色饅頭、假牛肉。毒大米等事件紛紛曝光，這些不法商品就是因為沒能堅守道德而觸犯了自己的道德底線，作出了不法行為，被法律所懲罰。

堅守道德的人能夠使自己變的更加優(yōu)秀，而觸犯道德的人則會與這個社會格格不入，被社會所離棄。我們要堅守道德，在璀璨的星空之下做最好的自己。
