今天，我很高興站在這里代表二年級組參加這次演講。我演講的題目是《陽光夢想，陽光飛翔》。
“放飛夢想，大聲歌唱；放飛夢想，青春綻放，夢想就在不遠的前方……”一曲激情洋溢的旋律，牽動了多少年輕的心。是啊，我們誰不曾仰望天際，帶著憧憬，放飛夢想；誰不曾渴望帶著自己的夢想，描繪人生的美好藍圖。
當然，我也不會例外，我的夢想便是：從事太陽下最光輝的職業(yè)！在孩子們花朵般的笑臉中，我甘愿做一個化春泥的護花使者，用勤奮體驗人生澎湃的激情，用心去聆聽教學(xué)動聽的旋律，用快樂捕捉成長美麗的瞬間，用愛心呵護孩子稚嫩的心靈。
去年的夏天，我懷著遠大的理想和對未來的憧憬，告別了大學(xué)那片生機勃勃的樂土，走進了xx學(xué)校。xx學(xué)校，用她那廣闊而溫暖的胸懷接納了我，我有幸成為了她的一員。
但對于我來說，在陽光學(xué)校工作的第一年是學(xué)習(xí)的一年，是成長的一年，是進步的一年。想起剛剛步入工作崗位的時候，我覺得自己不過是一只剛剛學(xué)會飛翔的“笨笨鳥”，對各項工作都摸不到頭緒。但是我深知“磨刀不誤砍柴工”的道理，要想在未來的長空自由飛翔，我必須得先讓自己的羽翼豐滿起來。
于是，去年一年的時間，我蟄伏著。一面處理好辦公室文書工作，一面利用副科教學(xué)的空閑時間“拜師學(xué)藝”。陽光學(xué)校是一本包羅萬象的百科全書，聽課、教研、學(xué)科專業(yè)培訓(xùn)讓我深深感受到語文教學(xué)世界的獨特魅力，前輩同事們謙虛謹慎真誠的處事作風(fēng)、嚴謹務(wù)實勤奮的教育精神和豐富多彩的教學(xué)手段都深深地感染了我。正所謂“實踐出真知”，對于我們這些缺乏實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗的菜鳥來說，要學(xué)習(xí)的東西真的還有好多好多。
不經(jīng)意之間，我已經(jīng)與這個溫暖的大家庭一起成長了一年，作為這個大家庭的一員，我由衷的感到自豪。在這短短的一年中，原本稚嫩的我們在學(xué)校的引導(dǎo)下逐漸走向成熟，走向理智，逐漸能夠在屬于自己的人生舞臺上從容的面對一切工作和生活。
所以，首先請允許我在這里代表年輕老師們向關(guān)心支持我們的學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、幫助愛護我們的前輩老師們表達真摯的謝意，謝謝你們，是你們給予了我們父輩般的關(guān)懷、兄弟姐妹般的情誼才讓我們在這個舞臺上迅速地學(xué)習(xí)、進步、成長！
