三、學(xué)習(xí)方面。作為20xx屆的一名新員工，只有不斷提升自己的知識(shí)水平和技術(shù)水平，才能更好的完成自己的工作。工作中遇到不懂的問題時(shí)，多向師傅和其他同事請(qǐng)教。平時(shí)多到工地上去，多看多問，這樣才能不斷增加自己的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。還應(yīng)該認(rèn)真的學(xué)習(xí)公司的一些管理體制和規(guī)范有了一定的了解，在工作中以公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來嚴(yán)格要求自己。

當(dāng)然，現(xiàn)在我還有很多不足的地方:經(jīng)驗(yàn)匱乏，知識(shí)和技術(shù)水平不夠扎實(shí)等。我一定會(huì)加倍努力，不斷的去完善自己，提高自己的工作能力。

總結(jié)一年來的工作, 我個(gè)人無論是在敬業(yè)精神、思想境界,還是在業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)、工作能力上都有了很大的進(jìn)步。在今后的工作中，我將一如既往地做事，一如既往地為人，爭(zhēng)取獲得更好的成績(jī)。
