        做為收銀員的我每一天在開業(yè)前要做好開業(yè)前的各項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)備工作,確保收銀工作的順利進(jìn)行:準(zhǔn)備開早會(huì),整理好自我的儀容儀表,整理款臺(tái),開機(jī)登錄,準(zhǔn)備好各項(xiàng)備品,備好放在收銀機(jī)內(nèi)的定額零錢,調(diào)好收款章日期,檢查收銀機(jī)是否在聯(lián)網(wǎng)的狀態(tài)下,能否及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、無誤的收取款項(xiàng)。還要熟記當(dāng)日的企化活動(dòng),能夠?yàn)轭櫩妥龊孟驅(qū)В沤忸櫩偷囊呻y。當(dāng)顧客來到收銀臺(tái)前首先我們要向顧客禮貌的打招呼,在為顧客結(jié)算商品款項(xiàng)時(shí)要做到唱收唱付,提示顧客使用本商場(chǎng)的vip貴賓卡,并認(rèn)真核對(duì)銷售小票上的金額與pos機(jī)打出的收款結(jié)算單是否一致,檢驗(yàn)鈔票真?zhèn)?,錢款當(dāng)面點(diǎn)清。將結(jié)算單與銷售小票一并訂好和所找零錢一齊放入托盤內(nèi)雙手遞交顧客。掃視收銀臺(tái)確認(rèn)收銀臺(tái)沒有顧客遺忘的物品,用禮貌送語(yǔ)微笑目送顧客離開。如是支票支付要及時(shí)核對(duì)相關(guān)的資料,減少企業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。在沒有顧客結(jié)算付款時(shí),收銀員要整理收銀臺(tái),及時(shí)補(bǔ)充各項(xiàng)備品,清點(diǎn)錢款將大額鈔票捆好放好或上繳總收銀室。早班的工作結(jié)束時(shí),要和午時(shí)班做好交接,錢款和單據(jù)交接清楚方可下班。晚班時(shí)要做好送賓工作,閉店時(shí)要清點(diǎn)好貨款,打出交款單,放入款袋中封好,在給周邊柜組打印柜組對(duì)帳單,關(guān)機(jī),關(guān)掉電源,等收銀組長(zhǎng)及保安收完款袋后在員工通道撤離

        。

        二零__年八月,我們的收銀主管為全體收銀員組織了一次信用卡“國(guó)際卡”的學(xué)習(xí),在此次學(xué)習(xí)中,我對(duì)“國(guó)際卡”有了真正的認(rèn)知,對(duì)各種國(guó)際卡的號(hào)位,仿偽標(biāo)識(shí),有效期限,簽名欄有了明確的認(rèn)識(shí),清楚了使用假卡消費(fèi)的多為外地人,并且所購(gòu)商品為易脫手的商品,此次的學(xué)習(xí)為我們?cè)鎏砹耸浙y工作的業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí),使收銀員在工作中可順利準(zhǔn)確完成,避免給商場(chǎng)帶來?yè)p失。

        二零__年九月,公司更換了收銀機(jī)系統(tǒng),使用了電子送券,為商場(chǎng)活動(dòng)送券節(jié)省了人力,使顧客在愉悅的心境中選購(gòu)商品,讓我們?cè)谑杖∝浛顣r(shí)更加方便快捷。同時(shí)促進(jìn)了顧客對(duì)商場(chǎng)的認(rèn)知度,滿意度,提高了商場(chǎng)的知名度。在新系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行使用中,系統(tǒng)在不斷的完善,我們收銀員在不斷學(xué)習(xí)新的業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí),使我們的收銀工作更簡(jiǎn)捷,明確,確保收取款項(xiàng)更準(zhǔn)確,無誤。

        上頭是我在今年實(shí)踐工作中的一些體會(huì)和認(rèn)識(shí),在以后的工作中我會(huì)加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí),更加熟練的掌握收銀技能和業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí),不斷提高自我的業(yè)務(wù)水平,加強(qiáng)收銀安全意識(shí),維護(hù)公司利益不受損失。做好自我的本職工作,和公司全體員工一齊共同發(fā)展,新的一年意味著新的起點(diǎn)、新的機(jī)遇、新的挑戰(zhàn),我決心再接再厲,更上一層樓。在201_年“巴黎春天百貨”盛大啟幕的時(shí)刻,期盼明日的“巴黎”會(huì)更加的輝煌,燦爛!
