Wish you every success in future!

        Dear Mary,

        This is Tom.....

Look forward to seeing you soon.

        Best regards,

        Tom Yu

YES:Supplier training

NO:profeional trainees from sister company should abide by rule of local company(太長)

        NO:像News about the meeting 這樣的表達(dá),

YES:New E-mail Addre Notification;Detailed calculation

        NO:detailed calculation

視信的內(nèi)容是否重要,還可以開頭加上URGENT或者FYI(For Your Information,供參考),如:URGENT:Submit your report today!

Jimmy,

I received your memo and will discu it with Eric on Wednesday.

        Best,

        David

Howard E.Wyatt, Dr.Howard E.Hyatt

        YES: Mers.Smith, Wyatt, and Fury 。 YES:用Mesdames, Mmes., or Mses. Farb, Lionel, and Gray 。 Dr.and Mrs.Harold Wright ;Mr.Harold Wright and Dr.Margaret Wright ;Mr.and Mrs.Harvey Adams-Quinn 。

Ms.Sarah Gray

Ken Green, President /Ken Green /Vice President of International OperationsNO:Ken Green /Vice President of Unicom China

YES: Ken Green /Vice President, Unicom China

YES:Michael J.Smith, Jr./Michael J.Smith Sr.

        Dear Committee Member:

        Dear Meeting Planner:

Dear Colleagues: To All Sales Reps:

        To Whom It May Concern:

        Dear Sir or Madam:

        Dear Madam or Sir:

        Dear Purchasing Agent:

YES: Gentlemen or Ladies: Ladies or Gentlemen:

NO:He did not make repairs, however, he continued to monitor the equipment.YES:He did not make repairs; however, he continued to monitor the equipment.

        NO:MUST change to OS immediately.

        Respectfully yours, Yours respectfully,

Very truly yours, Yours very truly, Yours truly,

Sincerely yours, Yours sincerely, Sincerely, Cordially yours, Yours cordially, Cordially,

Regards, Warm regards, With kindest regards, With my best regards, My best, Give my best to Mary, Fondly, Thanks, See you next week!

有時在we, I, and you之間選擇是很煩的事-- 如果是公司代表聯(lián)絡(luò)生意之類,可以用: We will reimburse you for these legal expenses.Sinopec will reimburse you for these legal expenses. I found the brochure very informative. We are pleased to offer you the position of sales director, and I am looking forward to our Tuesday morning meeting.

        那么I和you呢?

You will be pleased to learn that you have been selected to serve on our advisory board.Your prompt response will be appreciated.(好像欠你一樣)

I am pleased that our board has selected you as the best qualified candidate to serve on our advisory board.I hope you’ll agree to serve.(這就友善多了)

Your book was well written and comprehensive.(不用你來判斷我呀~~)

I thoroughly enjoyed your book and found an answer to every one of my questions about performance appraisals.(客氣一點,人家受落)

        A、文法

Deciding to rescind the earlier estimate, our report was updated to include $40,000 for new equipment.

應(yīng)改為:Deciding to rescind our earlier estimate, we have updated our report to include $40,000 for new equipment.(We我們是主語, 不是report。)

He decided not to audit the last ten contracts.Because of our previous objections about compliance.

The owner questioned the occupant's lease intentions and the fact that the contract had been altered with ink markings.

應(yīng)改為:The owner questioned the occupant's lease intentions and ink alterations of the contract.4、單復(fù)數(shù)不要搞亂,不然會好刺眼,看不舒服。

例如:An authorized person must show that they have security clearance.5、動詞主詞要呼應(yīng)。

1)This is one of the public-relations functions that is under budgeted.

2)This is one of the public-relations functions, which are under budgeted.6、時態(tài)和語氣不要轉(zhuǎn)變太多??

        127 Ninth Avenue, North

        127 E.15 Street

        5 Park Avenue

        One Wingren Plaza

        556 - 91 Street

(1).Because he was unable to attend the meeting personally, he forwarded his congratulations on caette tape.

(2).He forwarded his congratulations on caette tape because he was unable to attend the meeting personally.

例如: but (相反), therefore (結(jié)論), also (增添), for example (闡明).

These decisions have been a big disappointment to the committee members. They have delayed further action. 開頭少用this, that, it, they, 或 which.

He could only reimburse the cost after July 15.

應(yīng)為 He could reimburse the cost only after July 15.

The figures show a significant increase.” 怎樣significant呀,

The figures show an increase of 19%.

Partial data should be submitted by April.

You should submit partial data by April.

有時短句跟著長句可以化解一下.2、弱軟的詞(e.g.was, were, is, are...)

Prunton products are highly effective in ...

改為: Prunton products excel in ...

(1).This information will be sincerely appreciated.”

        (2).We sincerely appreciate your information.

例如:May 17 2003。

或My dear… 如:Dear Li Lei,Dear Mi Thomas或My dear Dad.

(Heading)

        2、日期的寫法:

        如:1997年7月30日,英文為:July 30,1997(最為普遍); July 30th,1997;30th July,1997等。1997不可寫成97。

        3、信內(nèi)地址(Inside Addre):

        在一般的社交信中,信內(nèi)收信人的地址通常省略,但是在公務(wù)信函中不能。將收信人的姓名、地址等寫在信頭日期下方的左角上,要求與對信頭的要求一樣,不必再寫日期。

        4、稱呼(Salutation):

        是寫信人對收信人的稱呼用語。位置在信內(nèi)地址下方

        一、二行的地方,從該行的頂格寫起,在稱呼后面一般用逗號(英國式),也可以用冒號(美國式)。

        (1)寫給親人、親戚和關(guān)系密切的朋友時,用Dear或My dear再加上表示親屬關(guān)系的稱呼或直稱其名(這里指名字,不是姓氏)。例如:My dear father,Dear Tom等。 (來源:EnglishCN英語問答中心[e問e答])

        (2)寫給公務(wù)上的信函用Dear Madam,Dear Sir或Gentleman(Gentlemen)。注意:Dear純屬公務(wù)上往來的客氣形式。Gentlemen總是以復(fù)數(shù)形式出現(xiàn),前不加Dear,是Dear Sir的復(fù)數(shù)形式。

        (3)寫給收信人的信,也可用頭銜、職位、職稱、學(xué)位等再加姓氏或姓氏和名字。例如:Dear Prof.Tim Scales, Dear Dr.John Smith。

        5、正文(Body of the Letter):

        位置在下面稱呼語隔一行,是信的核心部分。因此要求正文層次分明、簡單易懂。和中文信不

        同的是,正文中一般不用Hello?。愫茫。┱挠锌s進式和齊頭式兩種。每段書信第一行的第一個字母稍微向右縮進些,通常以五個字母為宜,每段第二行從左面頂格寫起,這就是縮進式。但美國人寫信各段落往往不用縮進式,用齊頭式,即每一行都從左面頂格寫起。商務(wù)信件大都采用齊頭式的寫法。

        第六篇:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英文精選辭職報告

        辭職報告的寫作必然要面對“寫什么”特別是“怎么寫”的問題。下面是范文大全小編為您精心整理的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英文精選辭職報告。

        標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英文精選辭職報告1

        dear

i am offering my resignation as operations manager of the xxx plant, effective may 15. as of now, i’m not quite sure where i’ll be looking for employment and am toying with the idea of turning one of my life-long hobbies into a profit-making enterprise.

frankly, vernon, i was deeply disappointed the vacancy of general manager was filled by someone from outside the company. through years of excellent performance appraisals, i was led to believe i was in line for that position. under the circumstances, i think you’ll understand my decision to resign.

i do appreciate the management training i’ve been given here; it has indeed prepared me well for almost any general business career i decide to pursue. my best wishes for the company’s continued growth.

        Dear

Effective October 1, I will assume the position of director of human resources for XXX, Inc., in Baton Rouge. Therefore, please accept my resignation as benefits and compensation coordinator of the Human Resources Department within AAA Associates, effective September 30.

The decision was a difficult one for me because I have so enjoyed my working relationships here. The job description has given me great latitude in assisting other coordinators within the human resource area, and as a result, I’ve gained skills in several related fields. These cross-training opportunities have been invaluable, and in a much more formal, classroom setting, I’ve been able to take advantage of classes in management, interpersonal skills, writing, and oral presentations. All of this training has been a worthwhile effort for both AAA (company) and me.

As I go to the new position, I’ll do so with the utmost respect for the management examples and philosophies learned here and with gratitude for the personal attention to my career growth.

Thank you for the rewarding experience I’ve enjoyed during my seven-year association with the organization.

        Sincerely,
