        分析

        學生視力不好完全是因為大家都不太會保護眼睛。同學們做作業(yè)的時候,眼睛里的筆記本要堅持35厘米的距離,所以不能彎腰埋頭寫作。長時間看電腦,電視對眼睛也有很大的.傷害。很多同學因為這兩個原因視力下降,所以我們從小就要樹立保護眼睛的意識。

        不要看到黑暗的光線下有強光。要長時間做作業(yè),看電腦,看電視,每30分鐘就要閉上眼睛休息5-10分鐘,或者做一次眼保健操,讓眼睛休息。

        questionnaires are used to collect data.considering the questionnaire in english may bring some trouble to the interviewees with different english levels, we adopt the chinese version instead of the english one(see english and chinese versions in appendices).1

        the interviewees are selected at random to make the data more reliable.for instance, the questionnaires are given to the students studying in clarooms and to those staying in dormitories.what’s more, students from all grades are made sure to participate in this investigation.2.data collection and analysis

        to ensure the validity of the survey, the six members in our team were divided into three groups to hand out the questionnaires, going to different places and investigating different students.most of the interviewees were willingly to help us with the survey.they finished the questionnaires carefully.among the questionnaires returned, some questions were not answered, and some were answered casually, which brought us some trouble when we did the data collection.in general, most of the information we collected was useful and accurate.2.1 data analysis on the use of books

        the analysis on the use of books is based on question 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10.2.1.1 frequency analysis

        figure 2 and 3 reveal that the sophomores and the junior students can make full use of the resources in the library.their purposes are clear: they hope to improve themselves on all aspects.while the freshmen have le preure, so they prefer the periodicals just for entertaining and widening their horizon.the seniors and postgraduates like to read periodicals because they want to help with homework or eay writing and know more about current affairs.4

        2.1.3 book variety analysis

        obviously, most of the interviewees think that books of special field are most helpful.it shows that most of students in our university put study in the first place.we can also learn that other kinds of books and magazines are also very useful in most students’ eyes.however, 76.67% of the students investigated are diatisfied with the books in our library.they complain that the books are outdated and they need to be updated.2.1.4 on borrowing books

        according to the statistics based on question 7 and 8, we learn that 41.33% of the students borrow le than 10 books in one semester while 7.33% borrow more than 30.70% say that they can finish reading most parts of the borrowed books before returning them.this is a good phenomenon.since different people have different plans for study, sometimes they don’t need to finish the whole.instead, some parts of books are enough.2.1.5 on facilities and reading rooms

        1、從語文教師的自身、教學等方面探究現(xiàn)今小學語文教學的現(xiàn)狀。

        首先,從小學語文教師的自身方面談一談?wù)Z文教學的狀況。經(jīng)過一個多月的相處,我發(fā)現(xiàn)三年級的語文教師的文化水平都是大專。經(jīng)過從教導處了解的信息,在這所小學中擁有大專文憑的老師占多數(shù),還有少數(shù)教師擁有本科文憑。其次,從現(xiàn)今小學語文教師的教學方面來看語文教學的狀況。

        在教學方法方面,三年級的語文老師基本都采用問答法、講授法,少數(shù)有經(jīng)驗的老教師會采用自學輔導法、情境教學法以更好地達到效果。在采用教學設(shè)備方面,經(jīng)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),現(xiàn)在的語文課堂教學,大多數(shù)老師所使用的教學方法還是原始的:老師講學生聽,他們很少使用多媒體、掃描儀等先進的手段。導致這種現(xiàn)象的一個很重要的原因就是:采用這種教學方法取得的效果不是很理想,而且減少了師生互動的機會。以使用多媒體教學為例,上課時學生的眼球多被吸引到了大屏幕上去,很少有學生再看書本了。學生多愛看一些圖畫,對圖畫的記憶倒很清楚,但卻忽略了圖畫旁邊的文字。這種教學方法還使得老師變得懶惰起來,大部分老師在上多媒體課時很少板書,一些老師一節(jié)課下來,根本就沒在黑板上寫一個字,學生也就不作筆記了。他們認為小學的主要任務(wù)還是在認字識字一塊,利用多媒體等先進設(shè)備,無形之中就降低了寫字的重要性,而很多學生的自覺意識不高,基本是老師寫他們也寫,老師不動他們也不會動,為了提高學習效率只能舍棄先進的設(shè)備,轉(zhuǎn)向老舊的方法了。事實也證明采用老舊的方法是正確的,它符合教學的實際情況。另外老舊的方法具有其獨到的靈活性,它可以根據(jù)課堂的實際可是隨時更改課堂內(nèi)容的設(shè)置,這是先進設(shè)備所不具備的。從教學態(tài)度上來講,小學的孩子都還未定型,心性不穩(wěn),不僅一個班里的學生語文成績有很大的差別,而且單個人的不同時段語文成績也有很大差別,小學語文老師們并不認為可以把學生分為幾等,他們一視同仁,想讓所有的學生都把語文學好,他們對所有的孩子都有耐心,他們極力想讓孩子聽懂,所以變換著方式讓孩子感興趣,并且看這些孩子的具體情況,視個人的情況不同而對他們有不同的要求。對于成績特別差的學生老師也沒有采取放棄的態(tài)度,他們認為不能放棄任何一個學生。當然,老師們也承認他們在教學的過程中存有偏見,但這也是沒辦法的事情。對于老師不能平等地看待學生,這一點老師們能很坦誠地同我講,確實是難能可貴的。在語文教學的過程中,三年級的語文老師們對預(yù)習指導和字詞教學工作很重視,因為三年級的學生剛從低年級轉(zhuǎn)上來,對沒有標讀音的課本一時還不大能適應(yīng),所以要確保他們認識字后才能開始課文教學。在作業(yè)要求方面,三年級的老師可以說是非常嚴苛的,這是為了讓學生早日養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣,以后能更好的適應(yīng)更高年級的要求。

        2、從學生的角度探究現(xiàn)今小學語文的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀我實習的`年級是三年級,學生都在十歲左右,這個年紀的學生心智很不成熟。經(jīng)過一個多月的觀察,我發(fā)現(xiàn)不僅男生好動,女生也不容易安靜下來,上課開小差、做小動作的學生比比皆是,而三年級是個特殊的時間段,語文這門學科從這個年級開始,才真正發(fā)揮它的作用,從這里他們上語文課的任務(wù)不僅僅是識字,更重要的是要開始學習如何使用語言,如果上課注意力不集中,是根本掌握不了語文的知識的,這非常讓三年級的語文老師頭痛。所以上課時,吸引學生注意、維護課堂秩序就成了每個三年級語文教師的重頭戲,他們努力以富于激情的聲音、高低起伏的腔調(diào)吸引著學生的注意力,以游走于課堂每個角落的眼神、恰如其分的懲罰維持著課堂的秩序。我在實習期間上課時也曾經(jīng)有這樣的困擾,后來我也學習使用這種方法,課堂收效還不錯。據(jù)了解,在現(xiàn)今小學四五六年級中,有部分學生對語文學習不感興趣,不想學語文,他們認為語文從小學一年級到現(xiàn)在一直都在學,每天說的也都是母語,他們認為自己又不想成為作家,語文學的再好也沒有多大用,況且自己考試時得分也不會太低。還好,這種現(xiàn)象在三年級里是不常見的,我想從學生方面說,這可能是因為學生年齡還小,和語文的接觸還不深,語文這門課對他們來說還是一門很新鮮的學科,對語文知識還有著濃厚的興趣。當然這種現(xiàn)象和語文教師的教學也是分不開的,每一位語文教師都努力讓每一個學生愛上語文,他們使盡手段、用盡方法,就是要把學生的注意力引導到語文學習上來。

        四、實習體會

        作為一個小學語文教師,自身的素養(yǎng)和豐富的文化知識同等重要,要想要學生學好語文,就要善于激發(fā)小學生對語文的學習興趣。因為興趣往往能使小學生更好地集中思想上語文課要善于把枯燥的語言變作生動的畫面,要借鑒名人講學的長處,把一些好的典故、寓言引入課堂,通過一些情節(jié)化的講述,讓小學生有想向的空間和參與的聯(lián)想,以此激勵學生學好語文。此外,培養(yǎng)小學生學習語文的興趣,要多鼓勵,少批評。要引導學生與語文課程中的角色交流,深入課本,與角色對話,讓小學生品嘗到學語文的快樂,從而喜歡上語文這一門功課。教語文,首先要愛語文。尤其是語文老師的語言表述能力,它是師生之間知識交流、情感交流的橋梁。語文老師聲情并茂的語言能感染人、啟發(fā)人。通過語文老師優(yōu)美的語言形式,可以引導學生去深刻領(lǐng)會文學作品的博大精深,接受文學作品帶給人的精神享受。小學語文教師應(yīng)能夠通過自己的教學傳播美、傳播愛。教語文,要善于和學生溝通。要懂得尊重學生。每個學生都有一個豐富的內(nèi)心世界,都希望得到老師的尊重。尤其是小學生,更希望老師能注意到自己、關(guān)心自己。更要多觀察小學生們的情緒動向,千萬不能憑個人的喜好,隨便流露出喜歡這個漂亮孩子,不喜那個有點丑的孩子;喜歡這個安靜的孩子,不喜歡那個淘氣的孩子。這樣會傷害到小學生的自尊心。只有當每個學生都得到尊重時,真正實現(xiàn)我們的教育目標,起到一個小學語文教師在孩子人生啟蒙教育階段應(yīng)有的積極作用。教語文,要注重推進素質(zhì)教育。除了在課堂上教會學生應(yīng)學的知識外,尤為重要的是在小學期間應(yīng)重視推進素質(zhì)教育。素質(zhì)教育是促進學生身心發(fā)展,以提高國民的思想道德、科學文化、勞動技術(shù)、身體心理為宗旨的基礎(chǔ)性教育。因此,要推進小學生素質(zhì)教育一要培養(yǎng)小學生的創(chuàng)造能力。要培養(yǎng)小學生的好奇心、求知欲,幫助小學生自主學習、獨立思考。不要以考試分數(shù)作為衡量教育成果的惟一標準。
