It is in JINXIU travel agency that I have my practice.There are six departments and I was in two departments: treatmemt department and ticket department. My job is receiving guests in the office and ordering plane ticket for costomers, and some times I also answered the phone, helping visitors understand traveling route of travel agency or taking tickets for them.

Because tourism is a service industry, so I want to learn how to communicate with different People and learn some business about travel agency.Must pay attention to others' every action and every movement, must learn the skill which converses with the visitor. This is I learns the most useful experience in the travel agency.

Through this experience, I received some knowledge we must understand first as follows,

First, I ought to kown the traveling place’s inside and outside traffic and the environment protection.

Second, the travel agency’s service regulations and management tips.

Third, the travel agency’s nature and management business and management model.

Travel agency is the professoinal organazation which provides traveling service for people. Since the professioal nature, the tourism is the service industry. It provides meal, hotel, route etc service. Service atitude is very important in tourism. You ought to smile to every person in order to make them finding you are friendly. And I must strive for the opportunity. Regarding this point, I have the depth experience. Because is an intern, therefore the company cannot invest too many resources to you. The company thought the practiceborns with is the practice finished must return to the school tostudy, future not necessarily will be able in the practice unit work.Often practised the unit to arrange the work for you, could not specially teach you more things. After I entered company period oftime, I realize this question. How then solves this problem? Whenever after I complete the work task, I all can help other staff to handlesome trivial matters on own initiative. For example: Printing, typing, scheduling. This procedure advantage is obtains outside other staffs' favorable impressions, they in unconsciously center already relied on you, some matters were used to it you to do. Thus, I have the opportunity to ask for advice other staffs, learns more knowledge,obtains more experiences.

In addition, I must work hard and serious. I found everything is not easy. I can’t make any mistakes when I check the plane ticket or seting a fax, or I can make a worse consequence. And I also should be careful for my writing, it’s very important to make other people understand you meaning well. From this experience, I feel sincere to every person are so important, if you are sincere to others, they can sincere to you too. Sincere is very important to communicate with others. It can make me strengthen and understand the knowledge in class and bring up our living capability.

　　20xx年的x月x日到x月x日，這短短的四周，是我學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)老師的教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)周。在這段時(shí)間，我收獲了很多，也成長了很多。近一個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)，讓我體會到當(dāng)老師的樂趣。當(dāng)了近十幾年學(xué)生，這次轉(zhuǎn)換了角色，以一名老師的身份去實(shí)習(xí)、去體驗(yàn)，任務(wù)不同了，視角不同了，因此感受也不同了。

前兩周我們以聽課為主，為了能更好的適應(yīng)學(xué)生教育環(huán)境，我們認(rèn)真聽課，記好筆記，并即時(shí)和指導(dǎo)老師溝通，反復(fù)推敲老師教案，認(rèn)真熟悉教材。

這兩周，我們還批改了學(xué)生們的作文。批改作業(yè)時(shí)，糾正學(xué)生的錯誤是非常重要，在糾正學(xué)生每個(gè)錯誤的時(shí)候，要寫上激勵的評語，讓他們在改正自己錯誤的同時(shí)，不會對自己失去信心。在這個(gè)過程中，我還發(fā)現(xiàn)了大一學(xué)生在英語寫作過程中普遍存在的一些問題。大體情況可以分為四類：

第一類：存在嚴(yán)重的單詞拼寫問題，很多同學(xué)也分不清詞性。

第二類：句子結(jié)構(gòu)不清晰，時(shí)態(tài)使用錯誤，而且喜歡用中文思維進(jìn)行寫作。

第三類：不注意標(biāo)點(diǎn)的使用，隨意亂點(diǎn)的現(xiàn)象很嚴(yán)重。

第四類：學(xué)生態(tài)度問題。這一類學(xué)生大多字跡潦草，不認(rèn)真對待作業(yè)。

經(jīng)過兩周的聽課，第三周，我們便開始準(zhǔn)備教案，為講課作準(zhǔn)備。指導(dǎo)老師指導(dǎo)我們寫教案，給我們建議。第四周的周一早上，我們進(jìn)行了次試講。雖然試講并不正式，可是講課的過程中依然會暴露很多缺點(diǎn)。結(jié)束之后，x老師說我的構(gòu)思很好，同時(shí)也給我提了很多寶貴的建議。我認(rèn)真聽著，積極總結(jié)，并及時(shí)予以修改。周二晚上，x老師又抽出寶貴的時(shí)間，聽我們又試講了一次。這一次，老師又給我們提了意見，并讓我周三正式上講臺。

于是，x月x日，周三下午，我正式登上了講臺。上課前我感到非常緊張，緊張的介紹完自己，深呼吸了好幾次，終于調(diào)整好了自己的情緒，開始講起課來。我按照我的計(jì)劃逐步進(jìn)行著內(nèi)容，同學(xué)們也很配合，他們的積極參與讓課堂十分有趣。我便充分放松了自己，大膽的講起課來。最后，由于時(shí)間沒有把握好，準(zhǔn)備的內(nèi)容并沒有講完。課后，x老師評價(jià)說我講的挺好，我的搭檔也說挺好。這無疑是給了我極大的自信。他們也給了我很多建議。所以回來之后，我又對講課內(nèi)容進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。x月x日，周四下午，我又講了兩節(jié)課，正所謂，熟能生巧，這次，明顯沒有上次那么緊張了，并且在時(shí)間的把握上，內(nèi)容上，都有很大的進(jìn)步。學(xué)生依舊很配合。從老師和我的搭檔那里，我都獲益匪淺。

這三節(jié)課，讓我充分體會了當(dāng)老師的感覺。這種感覺很好，看著學(xué)生們對你渴望的眼神，你就會覺得你有責(zé)任把他們教好。

通過這次實(shí)習(xí)，我還總結(jié)了幾點(diǎn)關(guān)于教育的建議，具體如下：

第一點(diǎn)，興趣對于一個(gè)學(xué)生來說是至關(guān)重要的。必須把學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣調(diào)動起來，使他們在快樂中主動學(xué)習(xí)。課堂只要是以學(xué)生為主，充分調(diào)動他們學(xué)習(xí)的主動性和積極性，由“要我學(xué)”轉(zhuǎn)化為“我要學(xué)”的教學(xué)方式。

第二點(diǎn)，老師要有耐心，才能把學(xué)生的缺點(diǎn)糾正過來。而且老師要想方設(shè)法創(chuàng)設(shè)民主和諧的教學(xué)氣氛，在教學(xué)活動中建立平等的師生關(guān)系，把自己當(dāng)成活動中的一員。

第三點(diǎn)，要注重鼓勵學(xué)生。他們得到老師的贊揚(yáng)，積極性提高了，課堂氣氛活躍了，就會起到很好的教學(xué)效果。

第四點(diǎn)，學(xué)生對講課的內(nèi)容反映不一，所以要注重跟同學(xué)們的交流，明白他們究竟所需求的什么。

從這次實(shí)習(xí)中我明白到，備課在上好一節(jié)課的重要性，因此，我也對老師這個(gè)職業(yè)有了更深的理解。真正的教師都具有高尚的師德和勇于奉獻(xiàn)的精神品質(zhì)，他們就是一群辛勤的小蜜蜂，為國家的建設(shè)打造堅(jiān)實(shí)的基石。這次實(shí)習(xí)也使我學(xué)到了許多書本上沒有的東西，讓我找到了缺點(diǎn)和不足，讓我增長了各方面的能力，是我人生中最有意義的一次活動。在以后的人生道路上我不會像以前那樣膽怯。因?yàn)樵谶@次實(shí)習(xí)中我變得勇敢，成熟了。在以后的人生道路上，我也會時(shí)刻銘記著這段如歌歲月，激勵自己努力前進(jìn)。
