As a just inter the social’s student, the manager let me do warehouse manage, there are some important things I have to attention. First important is don’t make ourselves staring point too high to put .The manager told me because I was a new staff so he let me to be a warehouse keeper .Warehouse keeper is a part of logistics department.As a warehouse keeper the most basic quality is “circumspection” .Then ,I have to know our company’s products and know it well. Second, when we deliver goods we must know there are how much the product in our warehouse. The last important thing is we must obey “first in first out”.This post looks very easy，but it not，if I didn’t pay attention to the process，there was a mistake it will let the data could not calculate clearly and make the financial loss. Sometime I always exchange idea with our bookkeeper，because they need our data to count. As a just inter the social’s student，I need step by step to work. Now ,I am responsible for warehouse manage. When I first in this company everyday I clean the box. FAW-Volks the request us make the box spotless. So it become an integral part of we must do everyday.

After introduce my job, there are another important things when we work, it is have a relationship with our colleague. When I first into the office, they working so busy, I didn’t know what I can do for them and didn’t familiar whit them ,I felt very lonely. As a new staff in first day, no people talk to you no people have lunch with you , I felt relay sad. I told myself I don’t want do this, I am not happy. When I get back to home I told to my parents, the told me as a new staff I must diligent than other staff, study hard, listen the old staff’s arrangement and always smile to every one. In the next day, I do it. A few days later they accept me. Talk with me, and give me some job do , I am really happy. In college the teacher will told us what things you should do and what you can do. They teach us how to be a good person and a good student. We can learn more knowledge from our teacher, but we just learn , we don’t have chance to do it . As a student, we don’t have ability to make money. Our parents give us money in our school life, so we don’t know how hard to make money. This time we set foot in social leave from the school, we should earnmoney by our own hands. This is a speech about practice report， in the first place I want to share with you about my work experience。

In the first summer vacation in the college， I changed 3 part―time jobs。 The first one was waiter； the second one was teaching assistant in Talking Time Language Village （TTLV）； the third one was interpreter in a Highway Service Station。 Maybe you will ask me how can you get 3 part―time jobs and why do you want to change it？ Actually this is a good question。 Here are 3 reasons： first I want to speak English，second I want to practice English， third I want to use English。 This was also the main reason I quitted the first one job waiter。 Then I searched TTLV online and I attended the interview and passed the teaching test。 Everything seems went smoothly， I started to work there in a few days later。 I was a teaching assistant there， I was in charge of 8 students in my class and I assisted the foreign teacher to interpret for the students during the class。 I work there for 20 days then I left because of Olympic Games in China。 So I lost， that seems God always take good care of me， one of my supervisor in TTLV recommended a good job to me after I lost a few days， that was my third job in that vacation。 I was an interpreter and I was in charge of communication with foreign friends there。 I worked there for 30 days， I got 1500RMB which was my first time to earn so much money by myself in my lifetime。

In the following winter vacation I went back to TTLV。 I was in the same position there， but different students and different teachers， so I made new friends， I got along with my foreign teachers and I improved my English a lot， especially， Brad who is an American， so well we got along with each other that he went back to my hometown with me to celebrate Spring Festival with my family， he spent 3 days with my family of course I was the only interpreter between my family and Brad。

In this summer vacation， Customized English Services which is a new comprehensive English service in Shijiazhuang was founded by Brad。 I was lucky to be selected by him。 Now I am working with him to assist him to do office work and establish business relationship with new clients。

Above all， I mentioned so much work experience of mine， almost are related to English， if I don’t know English， if I don’t speak， practice， and speak English I have nothing。 Actually I am not the best one among you， some of you are better than me， but you need to stand out to show yourself。 If you have no chance， make it； if you have a small chance， grab it and make it bigger and bigger。

到培訓(xùn)中心報(bào)道后，我的帶教老師是周老師。她教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富,待人很好。中心里的老師都說(shuō)她的課講得很好。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)說(shuō)應(yīng)該多向周老師請(qǐng)教。之后的時(shí)間，還來(lái)不及適應(yīng)新的環(huán)境，我就被周老師領(lǐng)到了班級(jí),當(dāng)時(shí)想到就要面對(duì)四五十個(gè)學(xué)生,不免還是有點(diǎn)擔(dān)心和緊張。

實(shí)習(xí)老師,是個(gè)很特別的存在。還記得第一次被班級(jí)里學(xué)生叫“老師好”的時(shí)候的那種錯(cuò)愕。漸漸適應(yīng),然后自如反應(yīng),點(diǎn)頭示意。開(kāi)始的一個(gè)禮拜,日漸習(xí)慣起中心的生活,仿佛重回小學(xué)校園一般。用以一種全新的角度來(lái)看待學(xué)生,以老師的身份來(lái)要求自己了,這種感覺(jué)挺奇妙。以往覺(jué)得“高高在上”的老師,突然間成了身邊的“同事”,作為實(shí)習(xí)老師,又該以怎樣的態(tài)度去面對(duì)高中的學(xué)生?身份的轉(zhuǎn)變,是實(shí)習(xí)階段第一個(gè)要跨越的坎吧？正確認(rèn)識(shí)自己的身份:帶教老師的學(xué)生,小學(xué)學(xué)生的老師。而自己的實(shí)習(xí)生涯也在這里拉開(kāi)了序。

聽(tīng)課。這是實(shí)習(xí)的必經(jīng)階段,聽(tīng)課不僅能夠?qū)W習(xí)帶教老師的教學(xué)方法,也能熟悉自己將要教學(xué)的班級(jí)。小學(xué)階段的英語(yǔ)課程與中專(zhuān)里大不相同,他們要的不是文章的思想內(nèi)涵，而是一種能聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀的技能。帶教的周老師教態(tài)很好，課程安排上面相當(dāng)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),備課很充分。聽(tīng)第一節(jié)課的時(shí)候就覺(jué)得整節(jié)課早已經(jīng)規(guī)劃好了似的，大部分學(xué)生都知道了這節(jié)課要完成的內(nèi)容。就算有突發(fā)狀況的發(fā)生,老師學(xué)生也都能自行控制好時(shí)間。學(xué)校規(guī)定的聽(tīng)課是10節(jié)左右,我基本上能去聽(tīng)的課都去了,為的是想了解整個(gè)章節(jié)上課的完整過(guò)程,每個(gè)部分都有不同的上課手段和形式。這些，都是值得我學(xué)習(xí)的地方。中專(zhuān)里所學(xué)的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)法課程,提及不少英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的教學(xué)方法,不過(guò)，感覺(jué)大部分都是紙上談兵。真正坐在教室后面聽(tīng)課的感覺(jué)很不一樣,教學(xué)的內(nèi)容就算一樣,方式也可以有很多種,老師自己授課,可以讓學(xué)生回答問(wèn)題,可以結(jié)合練習(xí)加深印象。而對(duì)于學(xué)生的回答,老師給予的鼓勵(lì)也可以有很多種,比如:good!great!excellent!等等。與此同時(shí)，還要注意是否自己會(huì)漏掉一些沒(méi)有專(zhuān)心聽(tīng)講的學(xué)生,適當(dāng)?shù)爻樗麄兓卮饐?wèn)題以便讓他們集中注意力。板書(shū)的排版也不能天馬行空,而是要讓學(xué)生一看就明了……這些都是書(shū)本上很難學(xué)到的東西。一周的聽(tīng)課時(shí)間下來(lái),作為實(shí)習(xí)生的我，感觸都很深,除了以上提到的這些,光是“sitdown,please！”這一句,一個(gè)老師一節(jié)課就要說(shuō)上幾十遍,教學(xué)的內(nèi)容固然重要,學(xué)生與老師間基本的尊重,也是我們今后教學(xué)中需要注意的地方。

寫(xiě)教案。教案是教學(xué)前的重頭戲。周老師先讓我仔細(xì)回憶一下她上課的步驟并結(jié)合我自己在學(xué)校里學(xué)到的東西來(lái)寫(xiě)教案。起初，我有點(diǎn)傻眼,但真正開(kāi)始寫(xiě)的時(shí)候我只是寫(xiě)了部分重要的知識(shí)點(diǎn)和一些課堂用語(yǔ)到教案里去,就怕到自己展現(xiàn)講臺(tái)上上課的時(shí)候忘詞。對(duì)于那些細(xì)節(jié)部分，則在自己的本子上一一注明。提醒自己，以防漏掉了什么。就連上課需要的口語(yǔ)部分也都是盡量背下來(lái)，記好。

試講。正式上課前,周老師讓我試講。剛開(kāi)始還以為，就只有她一個(gè)人在教師來(lái)聽(tīng)我的課。但是，當(dāng)我邁進(jìn)教室時(shí)，才發(fā)現(xiàn)還有其他的老師。當(dāng)時(shí)的心“撲通撲通”直跳！可一想到周老師平時(shí)的話語(yǔ)和自己的充分準(zhǔn)備就不是那么害怕了。試教的時(shí)候,剛上課那會(huì)兒，班里的學(xué)生都很迷糊，幾乎連提的問(wèn)題都回答不上來(lái)。后來(lái)，不知是他們的求知欲望，還是那種活潑的氣息讓他們開(kāi)始活躍起來(lái)!一個(gè)個(gè)把小手舉得老高說(shuō)：“l(fā)et’smetry!”那一瞬間，對(duì)學(xué)生的積極勁兒很是感動(dòng)！

上課的經(jīng)過(guò)就像以前的老師一樣，大多是五步教學(xué)法。記得一次在一個(gè)不是很活躍的班里上課時(shí)，為了調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性，我提出要同學(xué)到講臺(tái)那里去像老師一樣對(duì)班里同學(xué)提問(wèn)的要求。剛開(kāi)始，沒(méi)有一個(gè)人愿意到講臺(tái)上面去，在我多次的重復(fù)演練下，一個(gè)小女孩走上了講臺(tái)。在那一瞬間，我很感激她，感激她的勇氣！接下來(lái)，又陸續(xù)上去了幾個(gè)同學(xué)，他們都表現(xiàn)得很好！同時(shí)，一個(gè)個(gè)小手都舉得老高，爭(zhēng)先恐后地爭(zhēng)取這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)。。

以上就是自己對(duì)這一年的實(shí)習(xí)生活所做的簡(jiǎn)單總結(jié)。除了上述方面的收獲外，我還體驗(yàn)到了人生中的其它方方面面。這一次的實(shí)習(xí)是我人生當(dāng)中最有紀(jì)念價(jià)值的階段之一。也許在實(shí)習(xí)之初我并沒(méi)有意識(shí)到它會(huì)給我?guī)?lái)這么深的感悟：實(shí)習(xí)不僅教會(huì)了我英語(yǔ)教學(xué)方面的知識(shí)，更重要的是它讓我學(xué)會(huì)了生活中的點(diǎn)滴感動(dòng)。原本是陌生的人因?yàn)樗?lián)系在一起了與這群可愛(ài)的學(xué)生相處的日子里，每天都很快樂(lè)。只有自己經(jīng)歷過(guò)了才深深地感受到老師在學(xué)生心目中的偉大和神圣。這一年的所得，無(wú)論自己將來(lái)從事何種職業(yè)，都將使我終身受益！

第八篇：英語(yǔ)實(shí)習(xí)報(bào)告

Internship Report

I. Purpose:

First, to deepen understanding of profession, to confirm career preferences.

I managed to produce information, and communicate y English. As long as my oral English is enough to communicate and I knoed or criticized for my fault at first, I portance to me, then to the country.

III. Gains:

“Study for the sake of use.” as a Chinese saying goes, I should say that there does exist a big gap betiliar ajor student, pletely right.

IV. Problems and Solutions :

The first one is related etimes, I y thoughts and focused myself on my y e customers’ pronunciation I cannot understand. One time, a client called me on Skype, so I found that he spoke very fast and I just can catch "Hello!" Then I could not understand any y best to make friends and chat with them from different countries. I"ll work even harder.
