Theundersignedherebyauthorizes__________________________________________astheundersigned'sagentandattorney-in-fact(the“Agent”),withfullpowerandauthoritytoenterintocontractsforthepurchase,receipt,sale(includingshortsale)anddeliveryof,whetherdirectlyorindirectlythroughinvestmentsinmanagedinvestmentproductsorotherwise,foreigncurrencycontracts,optionsonforeigncurrencycontracts,andothersuchforwardcontractsandoptionsthereon,securities,equity,debtandrelatedinvestments(collectively“Contracts”)onmarginorotherwise,inoneormoreaccounts(“Account”)withIFXMarketsInc.(“Commerce”).
Inallsuchtransactions,aswellasmanagementdecisionsrelatingtotheAccount,CommerceisherebyauthorizedtofollowtheinstructionsoftheAgent;theAgentisauthorizedtoactonbehalfoftheundersignedinthesamemannerandwiththesameforceandeffectastheundersignedmightorcouldwithrespecttosuchtransactions,themakingandtakingofdeliveriesandwithrespecttoallotherthingsnecessaryorincidentaltothefurtheranceand/orconductoftheAccount.
