英文公式1：

“Let me begin by/please allow me to begin by, on behalf of sb, extending my welcome to sb, expressing my thanks to sb for sth and offering my congratulations to sb on sth.”

在這里要特別強(qiáng)調(diào)的是介詞的使用，一定不要弄混，動(dòng)詞的話express和extend可以互換，但是說“祝賀”的時(shí)候都是用“offer”做動(dòng)詞，感謝某人做某事一定不要把介詞弄混了，是“to sb for sth”。

紅字部分是非常重要的一個(gè)公式，一般中文是以“今天我們?cè)谶@里相聚，共同參加~會(huì)議，我僅代表~”開場的。這里翻譯的時(shí)候要注意了，英文的句式結(jié)構(gòu)和中文有的時(shí)候是反著的，無論句子多么長，用as開頭很多情況下都是行得通的，而且都可以用一個(gè)英文復(fù)雜句表述出來。反之，如果用“today”開頭，英文就會(huì)顯得很生硬，下面讓我們來看幾個(gè)例子：

Employment and Realizing Inclusive Growth, I wish to begin by, on behalf or the Chinese government and the Chinese people, offering my congratulations on the opening of this meeting and extending my sincere welcome to all delegates present here.從上述例子我們可以看到，中文的句子很長，一共有三句話，但是翻譯的時(shí)候最好用一句話給連起來，第一句用的是As，之后第二句和第一句的鏈接我用的是“themed by”，第三句話是主干，直接出來主謂賓。
