現(xiàn)今的時代充滿著誘惑充滿著競爭充滿著激情；今天的學生洋溢著熱情洋溢著驚奇洋溢著個性。馬克思主義這一認知要求今天的教師們應該做到“關愛學生的人性注重學生的個性發(fā)展從而為學生的人生發(fā)展奠定堅實的基礎”。我閱讀了《構建人本主義的英語教學觀》這篇文現(xiàn)在談幾點認識與體會就學于大家。1、由“純知識傳授”向“情感教育”轉變。何謂情感？首先它表現(xiàn)為學生與課程本身的情感聯(lián)系。情感固然包括興趣但它不僅僅是興趣。我們要引導學生將興趣轉化成穩(wěn)定的學習動機以使他們樹立信心形成克服困難的意志完成學習任務。應該看到動機作為活動、維持和推動學生進行學習活動的內部動力已被視為重要教學目標之一。在學習中學生應能對英語產(chǎn)生學習的`愿望并進入適度的興奮狀態(tài)通過體驗學習發(fā)展和強化英語學習興趣并逐漸將興趣轉化為穩(wěn)定的學習動機因此動機的激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)是制約積極學習的重要心理因素。出于個人需要或社會需要學生持有綜合性動機與工具性動機之分。因此在教學實踐中我注意了解學生的不同動機進行因材施教對癥下藥式的教學。情感的第二層意思即表現(xiàn)為學生在課程活動中獲得積極、愉悅的情感體驗。這才是真正走進學生內心的心靈教學。在課余時間我喜歡與學生交心談心盡可能地使我成為他們知識上的學友、生活上的益友、心靈深處的知心朋友；在課堂上我經(jīng)常通過生動的語言、親切的教態(tài)、熾熱的情感來營設一種符合教學目標、突出課堂主旨的充滿情感的立體教學氛圍讓學生體驗、使學生心靈得到震撼從而使情感得到升華。這種情感在學生心里保持得越久越能激發(fā)他們的內驅力激發(fā)他們主動學習、主動探究的熱情。2、由“偏愛優(yōu)等生”轉向“重視學習有困難的學生”在教學中有一個不容忽視的現(xiàn)象：教師往往偏愛少數(shù)尖子生提問找優(yōu)生演板找優(yōu)生甚至連談心也找優(yōu)生而對“學困生”卻有厭惡之情歧視、冷淡、體罰、挖苦“學困生”的現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生致使尖子生有了更好的發(fā)展的同時“學困生”卻越來越差造成嚴重的兩極分化。我覺得作為教師首要做到不能放棄每一個學生。要大搞“水漲船高”不搞“水落石出”。要改變對“學困生”的態(tài)度關心他們愛護他們要傾注更多的情感與精力于他們身上挖掘他們身上的閃光點不但要平等對待他們給他們以同等的國民待遇更要優(yōu)待他們上課多提問課后多輔導使他們從心底感受到老師的愛心和誠心感受到老師的期望感受到老師的肯定。心靈的溝通能使學生對你所教課產(chǎn)生濃厚的興趣使學生由厭學轉化為愿學、愛學、樂學。這樣他們會不斷進步不斷提高。從而完成自身由“差”到“優(yōu)”的轉化。
