茲經(jīng)買賣雙方同意按照以下條款由買方購(gòu)進(jìn)，賣方售出以下商品：

This contract is made by the Buyers and the Sellers; whereby the Buyers agree tobuy and the Sellers agree to sell the following goods subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated follow:

貨物應(yīng)具有防潮、防銹蝕、防震并適用于海洋運(yùn)輸?shù)陌b，由于貨物包裝不良而造成的貨物殘損、滅失應(yīng)由賣方負(fù)責(zé)。賣方應(yīng)在每個(gè)包裝箱上用不退色的顏色標(biāo)明尺碼、包裝箱、毛重、凈重、及“此端向上”“防潮”、“小心輕放”易碎fragile 等標(biāo)記。

The packing of the goods shall be preventive from dampness, rust, moisture, erosion and shock,( The packing of the goods must be well protected against dampness, moisture, rust, and be able to stand shock) and shall be suitable for ocean transportation/multiple transportation. The seller shall be liable for all damage and losses of the goods attributable to (caused by)the inadequate orimproper packing. Upon first presentation the Buyer shall pay against documentary draft drawn by the Seller at sight. The Shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only.

() 標(biāo)明通知收貨人/受貨代理人的全套清潔的、已裝船的、空白抬頭、空白背書(shū)并注明運(yùn)費(fèi)已付/到付的海運(yùn)/聯(lián)運(yùn)/陸運(yùn)提單。

Full set of clean on board Ocean/Combined Transportation/Land Bills of Lading and blank endorsed marked freight prepaid/ to collect;

() 標(biāo)有合同編號(hào)、信用證號(hào)（信用證支付條件下）及裝運(yùn)嘜頭的商業(yè)發(fā)票一式＿＿份；

運(yùn)輸方式：terms of delivery FOB/CFR/CIF

() FOB交貨式

第二篇：雇傭協(xié)議書(shū)

應(yīng)甲方需求，乙方申請(qǐng)，雙方子女同意，__領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為見(jiàn)證人，乙方承諾為甲方提供家政服務(wù)。為了明確雙方權(quán)利義務(wù)，本著平等自愿的原則，特訂立如下合同，供雙方共同遵守。

一、甲方的權(quán)利和義務(wù)

1、甲方有權(quán)要求乙方提供做飯、洗衣、打掃衛(wèi)生、接送小孩上學(xué)以及適當(dāng)?shù)膽敉鈩趧?dòng)等為內(nèi)容的家庭服務(wù)工作。

2、向乙方提供與甲方家庭成員基本相同的食宿，提供工作所需的工具及護(hù)具。

3、平等待人，尊重乙方的人格和勞動(dòng)，在工作上給予熱情指導(dǎo)，不準(zhǔn)虐待。

二、乙方的權(quán)利和義務(wù)

1、合同期內(nèi)乙方自愿居住在甲方家中，乙方需完成甲方家中的日常家務(wù)，如做飯、洗衣、打掃衛(wèi)生、照看小孩以及適當(dāng)?shù)膽敉鈩趧?dòng)等，每月工作時(shí)間不得少于25天，乙方如需休假應(yīng)提前與甲方協(xié)商，得到同意后方可離開(kāi)。

2、熱心工作，文明服務(wù)，遵守公共道德和國(guó)家法律、法規(guī)。

3、甲乙雙方按照雇傭與被雇傭的關(guān)系，由甲方每月付給乙方報(bào)酬___元整，乙方的食宿費(fèi)由甲方承擔(dān)，乙方的其它開(kāi)支自理。

4、乙方在被雇傭期間應(yīng)有良好的身體狀況，如果出現(xiàn)重大病癥不能勝任工作時(shí)，甲方有權(quán)解除合同。

5、甲方的所有財(cái)物歸甲方所有，乙方不得有違法侵占行為，不能隨意將他人帶入家中，或帶入家中居住。

6、乙方在工作過(guò)程中因個(gè)人技術(shù)出現(xiàn)的一切問(wèn)題由乙方自己負(fù)責(zé)，因工作失誤造成的損失與甲方無(wú)關(guān)。未經(jīng)甲方允許私自外出或違反上述規(guī)定，發(fā)生問(wèn)題和事故責(zé)任自負(fù)。

7、無(wú)論何種原因，當(dāng)合同終止后乙方應(yīng)立即離開(kāi)甲方家中，不得滯留和將甲方信息透露給其他人。

8、乙方合法權(quán)益受到侵害，有權(quán)向有關(guān)部門提出申訴，直至向司法部門控告。

9、乙方承諾在合同有效期間或終止后，不得將所知悉甲方的任何信息披露給其他人員，包括乙方家中成員和朋友等。否則甲方有權(quán)向乙方主張權(quán)利和解除合同，造成損失的由乙方賠償損失，構(gòu)成犯罪的移交司法機(jī)關(guān)處理。

三、合同簽訂與解除

本合同書(shū)三年一簽，自簽字之后三年內(nèi)有效，到期后經(jīng)雙方同意可續(xù)簽。
